This was my first time back in a nail salon since March! If you are someone who is picking the places you go based on Covid guidelines and safety, maybe this isn't the place for you right now. In a pre Covid world, this place would be totally fine. I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. The place was completely empty except for the four people working. They were not wearing their masks correctly when I walked in, but fine, they were alone before. The person who did my nails put his mask on correctly, but the others did not. I noticed that they only wore their masks when they were actually working on someone's nails. The sign on the front of the door said that they enforce mask wearing and make every customer wash their hands as they enter. I was not asked to wash my hands. I also noticed that of the three people who came in after me, only one person was asked to wash their hands. There was also one customer who came in and sat down at the pedicure chair and then took his mask off. The technicians did nothing about it. I paid $45 for a basic mani and pedi combo. My nails do look very nice and the guy did a nice job. This price is probably the cheapest in the area for a combo. Also, the ambiance here is really strange. There were three TVs all playing soccer and absolutely no volume or music playing. It was rather uncomfortable at many times sitting there in silence. For the price, it was fine. Just left this salon, I called and asked for tips gel manicure and pedicure. The technician could not do tips, only polish! Then they said do pedicure first started pedicure and they informed me no one could do my nails.... worst place I ever gone to leaving on a work trip in the am and needed my nails done. Call and made an appointment for My husband and myself for a Mani /pedi. I made my appointment with CHIEM for myself. I told her anybody can do my husbands Mani Pedi. my appointment was for 4:15 PM. Upon my arrival she told me she was too busy to do my manicure and pedicure. She then advised me she could do my husband. Assuming that was shorter amount of time. She sat both of us in the chair next to each other and left me soaking as she was working on my husbands pedicure. 25 minutes later I asked her where is my person I was advised he was so busy with someone else. Becoming frustrated because I made an appointment I try to be patient some more. After another 15 minutes I decided to get up and leave. My husband finished his manicure and pedicure and I went shopping next-door. Why on earth would you give me appointments and not be able to service me. I will never be back for business. I was going on vacay in 4 hours and I researched salons to get in quick. I stumbled across perfect 10 and they were amazing. The salon is very clean and beautifully decorated, the staff is very friendly and Sue is absolutely amazing! She did a gel French mani and a regular French pedi and they look picture perfect. She was inquisitive of me being a new client, but not over barring and she's very funny! She took me as a walk- in at 9 am and made me feel like a VIP client. She spent good time and care with my cuticles and nails. 10/10 would recommend this salon and Sue!!! read more

I will give 2 stars for cleanliness. But I did not have a good experience. I was greeted by several people which was great but I was confused on where to go, to sit and wait or follow one of the two people talking to me. Once I sat down the gentleman helping me still didn't understand what I wanted. He was very nice. I won't take that away from him. He seemed to have an off day. Needless to say my nails weren't great. The pedicure was not good. I'm still seeing dried skin and my gel manicure looks like i painted them myself, and I don't paint my own nails well that's why I pay someone else do them. I can estimate my polished nails will be peeling by the end of this week. $50 was not worth what I got. Just moved here so having the trial and error of nail salons read more

Went for the first time. Very clean basic nail place. It is spacious inside with very comfy pedi chairs. They use a disposable liner for each pedicure and chairs have massage features. My pedicure was very thorough and well done, including foot/leg massage with scrub. There is a drying station as well. Plenty of magazines and TVs. All very nice and well done and friendly staff. Standard pedi is $25 and there are various options for mani, pedi, massage/reflexology and I think waxing. In a strip mall with easy parking. Will return. read more

I always feel like they go above and beyond on the pampering factor - pedicures get you a blissful massage, warm towels and long lasting polish. This place is reliable and easy. She told me she didn't have time, only had a half hour. Now my sister is getting her manicure and my pedicurist is playing a game on her phone while I wait. Pedicure was fine, nothing great. Stopped in this week for a mani/pedi. The young woman I spoke to apparently got confused and while I was getting the pedicure told me she had no one for the manicure. We got past that..and I got a manicure and it was fine. At the point when you must go wash/scrub your hands before the polish application, I saw that there were two two containers on the sink..one for used nail brushes and one for unused. I thought that was good/sanitary. However while the polish was being applied..I saw a worker go over to the sinks, dump the residual water out of the "used" container and throw the used brushes back into the "unused" container. Ugh. Never cleaned or sanitized them. I'm done with this place. read more

Awful. I was in town for work and needed a pedicure badly; this place was close to my hotel and seemed okay on here. First the AC wasn't working and they didn't have nearly enough fans running for everyone. I had just a pedicure and on the arm of my chair was a mini fan positioned on the woman next to me-- what about me?! A male performed the service and he was terrible. I hate the electric nail file, he used that. He didn't ask if I wanted my nails cut and assumed I did, cutting lower than I would have. And then filing after that, basically filing my skin. He was rough and spoke to his colleague the entire time; taking breaks for the bathroom and follow up with the previous client. I also can't stand when salons insist on thinning out their polishes with acetone-- something he did as well. I would not return if given the opportunity. Don't waste your time, there seemed to be plenty of other options in the area. read more

This salon is the best one around! The prices are reasonable and the service is amazing. I go back every two weeks to get my nails filled and would never switch salons! It's a very clean, friendly place and now it's right across the street from Harbor Side. They have many TV's and a huge drying station. Stay away from this nail salon. Although management uses disposable tub liners for pedi chairs, surprisingly that cleanliness concern doesn't extend to the instruments used by the nail techs. Instruments aren't sterilized between clients. Each tech has his/her own collection of tools, most kept in plastic containers that are filthy with acrylic dust. Stations are not well maintained. Tech neglected to put on my flip flops prior to polishing so I was forced to walk barefooted from the pedi chairs to her station. There's a pervasive harshness and resentment that radiates from the staff -- many of whom seem not to enjoy their work or any pleasant interaction with customers. My tech was rough and borderline rude. Even though directed not to cut my cuticle, she over-nipped the skin along the sides of the nails to the point that two of my fingers are still tender three days later. Gel was not applied to the top edge of the nails and so are already showing signs of wear. Find somewhere else ... read more
