If I could rave about how much I love a business, it would be this one. I have been coming here for years, and literally all my friends, my mom, and their moms come here now too since I started coming. Tommy is the best and is super kind and remembers everyone's names. The rest of the family is so nice and personable too and always say hi and greet you (they also remember everyone's names)! Kim is so fast and always does such a wonderful job, and Thao does my toes and we have the best conversations. I don't know how I don't have more pictures of my nails, but this had to be one of my favorites. They always give you a bottle water and make sure you are taken care of. Asked for dip pink and whites and she messed up So many times and had to keep scraping them off so after being there almost 2 hours with my nails not even half way done I said I would do one color to just get out of there and I asked her to fix all the problems multiple times and she didn't, so I left with lumpy, uneven, all different length nails. My nails are dripping blood. I asked for Dip done and there is so much powder in between my nail bed and nail. I asked for it removed and was ignored. I asked again to have the product removed and was ignored. It is so uncomfortable. Finally I asked someone who seemed to be in charge and she cut my nail beds so they are bleeding. I am crying and in so much pain. I am very afraid of getting an infection. I've never had a nail place make me bleed before. I didn't ask for glitter and it is covering my nails. Pearla nails formerly CK nails needs some serious rehab or the owner will soon find himself out of business. Staff turnover is such that there are new people there every visit. What was once a serious qualified staff now consists of nail techs in training sort of like a beauty school but with spa prices. The owner doesn't seem to get that customers like qualified nail technicians and customers like to go to the same person or a consistent staff. They are also not as friendly and accommodating as they once were. read more
