I was spoken to condescendingly and she even let out an audible sigh when speaking to me. The industry is saturated in this area, I will easily find another spa that I can pay full price at. This is the one and only spa I have visited that didn't offer a touch up, especially due to the fact that I wasn't using a Groupon. So, if you're looking to get some kind of injectable I highly urge you all to go elsewhere, they will not honor touch up's if you are not happy with the results. I would have have gladly continued to bring my money to Refresh if I had been treated differently and not like I was a massive inconvenience. As a nurse myself I know how important it is to treat our patients with kindness, understanding, and dignity. From the front to the back, I was basically looked at like a bother. I will say the manager I spoke to was very kind. I still wasn't offered a solution that I was happy with but he was sweet and took the time to speak to me.
