However, when I was brought back for my massage, the therapist didn't seem very engaged. She didn't smile or give any direction, and it honestly felt like she didn't want to be there. I stood there awkwardly in the room not knowing what to do until I figured it out myself. During the massage, she even yawned a few times. That said, she did a good job with the actual massage--I did feel physical relief afterward. One thing that really disappointed me was the timing. I paid for a 60-minute massage, but by the time I was brought back and everything got started, it felt more like a 30-minute session. That didn't feel right, especially given the cost. Booking the appointment was another challenge. I had a gift card, which you can't use to book online. I tried calling the Port Saint Lucie location on US1 multiple times--left voicemails, but no one ever got back to me, and it's been over a month. I finally got through to this location and was able to schedule. It wasn't a bad experience, but it also wasn't the best. A little more attention to customer service--especially from the massage staff--and better scheduling systems for gift card holders would go a long way.
