Ashley gave me legit the best Brazilian ever! I am one of those people who are meticulous .. she wasn't bothered by that one bit and made me feel comfortable. We had a nice conversation and before I knew it I was all done! Pretty painless but that is definitely because she knows what she is doing and takes her time. She pays attention to detail as well which is a huge plus for me. I was able to visit twice in the past 3 months and my latest visit I tried a facial with Ashley as well. I felt like I went into another dimension! I was so relaxed and Ashley made sure to check on my throughout the service. She spent a lot of time on my skin and I left having literally the best facial I ever had! I highly recommend this business to all my hard working ladies who want to treat yourselves to quality pampering! While at the bowl I have heard them talking about clients. I've paid hundreds for filler, only to look like a character from Star Trek and then have to pay for dissolver! After paying over $200 for my hair I had chemical burns but was offered no discount. Then after cancelling my appointment 21 hours in advance, instead of 24 hours in advance, I was asked to pay for half the service!!! I've had it. So many of the service providers have left, the energy is suffocating, and the prices are stupid. The good stylists, lash artist, and esthetician have all left. There is clearly a reason turnover is so high!

Between all of that, my body was absolutely screaming for some kind of relief. I finally decided it was time to book a massage. This was my first visit here, and the great reviews convinced me to give them a try. I was paired with Jen, and from the moment we started talking, she understood exactly what I needed. She asked a few questions before we got started, and I explained that I really needed deep tissue work, especially in all of my tight and sore areas. Originally, I booked a 60-minute massage, but after talking with her, I decided it made more sense to upgrade to 90 minutes. It was one of the best decisions I've made. My entire body was sore from head to toe, and this was exactly what I needed. Jen found every knot and painful spot and patiently worked through each one. She applied just the right amount of pressure and never rushed. Once she got through the toughest areas, I became so relaxed that I actually fell asleep until she gently asked me to turn over. This was honestly one of the best massages I've ever had. I don't get massages nearly as often as I should, but after this experience, I can't imagine going anywhere else. If you're dealing with chronic pain, tight muscles, or just everyday soreness, I highly recommend booking with Jen. Your body will thank yo
