This is the best place I've been to in a long time. I've tried many different nail salons since I moved to Port Saint Lucie last year and this is the only place I've left happy every single time. The vibe is very relaxed and everyone talks to you and makes you laugh. Dylan hands down is the best in the area. I can go from solid to design and my hands look amazing every time I leave. I can't say enough about Tom. He is just hands down amazing all around from hands to feet. I could never cheat on those 2. This review is of my experience with the technician Jayden. . Imagine alcohol poured onto a burn... This is how my nails/skin felt during and after this appointment for 2 days. I selected this place based off reviews I read on yelp and google . Oh how I was wrong . I selected a nail soak off with acrylic overlay and a basic pedicure with a tech name Jayden. I was called the night before to change the appointment from 10 am to 9:30 am. I entered the salon a few minutes prior to the appointment . A lady asked me to check in with my phone number then the tech Jayden approached me and I asked to used the restroom before we started, he pointed and stated that the bathroom was on the right. I sat down in the chair furthest in the back. I got more nervous because I didn't see a soak off bowl. I told the tech that I requested that in the email and that I told the lady on the phone and when I arrived I told the lady who told me to check in stated that she knows about the soak off. He said nothing and begin to drill my nail then pops off most of the nails on my right hand. I flinched when he tried to pop off the acrylic on the ring finger because it hurt when he slid the artificial nail under mine. He stops and go to the other hand and I say to him this is why I requested to soak off . He says nothing. He pops off a few more nails then breaks my nail, I repeat to him that I have thin nails and this is why I requested a nail soak off. He finished popping off my nails which started to throb and hurt. I say please be careful friend. He hands me a wheel with nail colors and say which do you want. I chose immediately and he proceeded to apply the acrylic powder that is not cooperating. He put my hand under the light, my fingers continue to burn. He begins to shape my nail . I had to go shorter than I liked because he broke my natural nail. He filed my nail so short that my skin began to burn even more.I flinched and said "you are hurting me" He continued to file and say that you need tips so that I can see. I couldn't believe what I was hearing because I had been getting my nails natural for years.... I flinched again while crying and say please send another person over. He demanded that I wash my hand and wait. While waiting I call my husband to tell him what happened. He barely understood me because I was crying . A lady ( later identified as Tiffany) comes over and say "I will take care of you don't worry" .She tried to fix his mistakes as best as she could while stating to me that he is new to the country and that she told him to listen to the customer and that he didn't say anything to her when she told him that. She finish my nails and then asked to take pictures of my nails. She then escorted me to the pedicure side and introduced me to a tech named Chloe who Tiffany stated will take care of me. I blow my nose with a paper towel she gave to me and she tells me her name is Tiffany. I say thank you . It's so dark in there you can barely see. I didn't see my husband walk in. I explained to him what happened and he wanted to confront the tech. I talked him out of it. I explained to Chloe what happened with Jayden and she stated that "communication is very important " I agreed. She also stated that Jayden was new to the country. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she see the detail in it. I zoomed in on my phone. She said we don't have the smaller rhinestones so I settled. She did not give me the 6 minutes massage that was included in the pedicure. Tiffany honored the discount she said she would give me due to my unsatisfactory appointment. She made an effort to fix the situation. I was in there until 11:20. When I got home my husband look at my toes and said " Dam they couldn't wipe the polish off" My big toes were spray painted... smh. I was disappointed because I had tipped Chloe. My tip for Jayden is to take a course on communication and pain queues The tip for the salon is to obtain better lighting in the pedicure area so that the customer and technician can truly see. read more

A terrible experience. I've traveled all over the country, been having my nails done for the last 30 years. I recently moved to the area. The last visit was very disappointing however, I thought just an off day for these folks. I'd try again since it's close by the mall. Jayden did my nails today for the first time. Extremely rude & disrespectful, plus a poor job. He needs training in Customer Service and etiquette. I am an educated client, was treated so disrespectfully, I will never ever return to this salon, nor recommend their service. I've never had an experience like today ever in any nail salon. Plus my nails look awful. $61.00 for a terrible experience. For the first time in my life, I did not leave a tip! He didn't deserve one. This is 100% an honest review. read more

After reading a couple recent google reviews, decided WTH let's give this place a shot. I recently have been on a streak of terrible experiences with nail salons so I didn't have high hopes coming in. Made an appointment via phone. Left my name and number and when I was running a few minutes late I got a call asking if I needed directions. When I got there, they have a check-in kiosk versus the traditional paper and pad "technology". That was impressive to me as I work in IT. I ordered a Spa Pedicure. The entire pedicure experience was awesome. From the massage, to the delicious smelling scrub, to the hot towels. The place is suuuuper clean and tidy. The furniture and vibe is modern. I was offered water. The pedicure was relaxing. The prices are moderate in my opinion. The owner is literally the blueprint for owners. Very personable and friendly. Will always come back! read more

Filthy Filthy place. Go anywhere else. Not friendly and when you walk through the door they say cash only. Then they say the prices on board are wrong after your nails are done and say the price went up and more now. Ha! I would never hand them a credit card the way they do shady business. Dirt floats in their primer and I pointed it out to them besides not letting them polish my nails to finish the job. It is a shame since I live right across the street however cannot take a chance on that place. It is worth the drive to go anywhere else. I've been coming here for a few years. I come every time I'm in PSL because of the cleanliness and quality of service, until today. I was getting a regular finger polish, and gel color change on my toes.While the woman was beginning my pedicure, a young man was doing my nails and had finished before she began to paint the gel. The gel(although a set) color wasn't an exact match. She then decided that she was going to mix colors on my toes to create a match. When she began that my question to her was if I don't like the blend attempt, will you change the color?She said to me "I match.You don't care." I guess she was trying to say that I would end up liking it, but I could see that she was bothered by my question, and she was talking to the other employees.Curious, I put on Google Translate..after letting her talk for quite a few minutes, the translator said that she stated, if I don't like the color, I don't have to come back. I told her this, she became quiet, and I asked if she heard what I said the translator stated she said. Her response was that she was saying that to the young man who was doing my nails. I could tell that he was trying to help her in some aspect with her decision to blend on my toes.The quality of their work is the best that I have experienced in PSL, but they will no longer get my money.
