The only lady that's good is Anna. Apparently she's never available. I had an older gentlemen did it that sucked royally. Not worth it. Anna was great but guess I gotta find someone else. Don't bother the other nail place is just as good. Just saying. Plus they make u feel weird cause they will talk bout you behind your back in there language and then all of a sudden speak great English when u speak yo on a concern. I made an appointment with Nancy and didn't know what I wanted as far as colors. The girls worked together and showed me pictures, while explaining choices, and I decided to try the ombré look. The place is cute; nice decors. I went a good time cause it was not too busy yet. Started with my pedicure which went pretty well. I did regular color on my toes. Nancy took her time and did a great job on my nails. I really liked the turn out. I didn't have to question or doubt throughout; just relaxed. Now, I think this healthy nails style may be my new favorite thing. I would definitely try this salon again. read more

Went in for eyebrow wax with no appointment and only waited like 5-7 minutes. I like my eyebrows a specific way that not all places can achieve but when I showed Lily how I want my eyebrows she let me know she wasn't too sure she can do them but will be willing to still try, and she did amazing. She paid great attention to getting them as close as I like them. I will be coming back everytime now! read more

Nancy did my nails. My appointment was at 6 pm. It was for a pedicure that was supposed to be 45 minutes to an hour long. She was done in 30 minutes. She was in a rush to go home. They close at 7. I would not recommend going in after 5:30. The staff was getting their nails done. It was not a pleasant experience. I paid for an hour service and was rushed out in 30 minutes. read more

well... my experience at the beginning was very good it was one of my best options that I found on the internet Only there was a mistake that ruined everything I went for mani and pedi with gel; but the girl was wrong and was using polish all the time, on my hands and feet "When we finished" I went to pay and wait for my car and I begin to see how everything I had on my nails moves The good thing was that it was still there and I asked them to fix it and they gladly did it but two hours had already passed. Well, as the girl had a client after me, she started to do everything super fast to free us up. and I end up making my nails not look as good as I expected I would have loved that they offered me at least a discount for the mistake because I had very important things to do that day but I didn't want to be rude either I would gladly go again but it seems that they did not give much importance to my time read more

I brought my girlfriend here to get her nails done and this is actually the worst nail salon I've ever been in, this is the first time she's gotten them done in while so we didn't have a set place to go, Simply was near by but when we went there the experience was SIMPLY horrible the 2 ladies in the front were sneering and huffing at us for asking them to do their jobs, it's was insanely unprofessional, the nail tech dropped her tool and just picked it up without disinfecting it she messed up the art and just used a dirty paper towel to wipe the nail off so you can imagine how appalled I was when they said your total is 75$, I begrudgingly paid for it and we went on our way, it's more then safe to say we'll never be back read more

went here because my normal place wasn't open and i will NEVER be back. i'm not typically the one to complain about a service but i was there 2 hours. i asked for a relatively simple halloween acrylic set the man said no problem and made it seem like no big deal. he couldn't get the design at all i left with one nail done with the design. now less than a week later, i have 2 nails on still. every single acrylic is lifting and falling off. waste of 60$ and 2+ hours of my time. go somewhere else!!! read more

The worst pedicure ever. I chose this business because it was close to my home. I will go back to my regular spot & get a pedicure worthy of my money. 1st issue, placed at wash area & water was cold. 2nd issue, did not even get dead cuticle & skin from around & under nails. 3rd issue, polish looks awful like a kid painted my toes. I'm not a complainer but I paid & thought I will never go back to this location or the other one connected to it...Totally Nails ( same shopping center). They may have some technicians there who know what they are doing, but I did not get one. Sorry I could not give this place a good review. read more
