Super disappointed with my experience at Palm tree day spa in Stuart. I've been going there for years and the prices have been going up which is understandable (even though they're not getting hit with product infatuation because they don't use many products) but I digress. I have always gotten a deep tissue (never once have I asked nor received a Swedish massage there because that isn't something that I would ever ask for) and the price was originally $70. I thought that was fair. Then it went up to $80. OK I got it inflation, but today I went in and it was $105 so that is a $25 increase from last time I was (which was sometime this year). When I asked about the price because I was so shocked when I got to the checkout, the man proceeded to tell me "that something happened and he had gotten screwed over somehow so he was having to charge these prices". Uhhh ok. Please make sure you ask them before they start how much it's going to be because I don't believe their website is updated either, super bummed because I really liked this place but I've gotten much better massages for a much cheaper price. It's giving scam vibes and I am not into it. Edit: I should have asked prior to the service beginning if they had changed the prices once again. Charlene was so in tuned with where my pain was. She is very mindful and caring about ensuring you're comfortable. I feel like a new person! I cannot wait to go back again soon. The spa has a nice decor inside and my therapist was nice. They quoted me a price and then charged all 3 of us $10 extra. Thankfully my friend said something and the manager credited us. The massage itself was not relaxing. There was no flow and it was short, quick strokes that really lacked finesse. She started massaging me with the covers on which actually kind of hurt. First she was on my back, then my legs, then back to the back then on my neck. Literally, she was all over the place with no rhythmic movement. In addition, i remember her massaging my head then punching it with her fists and down my neck. At the end of my massage, she picked up my feet and swung them in the air back and forth. It was the oddest thing and i thought it was bc she ran out of things to do, but when i asked my friend, she said the same thing happened. One thing super shady is my friend wrote a google review and they deleted it. They only have 5 stars on their site and rank themselves as a 5 star spa. So, if anyone puts anything critical, they will delete it. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else. read more

We booked a 6 person spa day and our group couldn't be happier. The salon was immaculate. Every staff member was genuinely pleasant and attentive. The masseuses were amazing. So soothing and calming, just what a fabulous massage should be. The skin care products used were quality and the estheticians were knowledgeable and gentle. My husband and i are from out of town and wanted to get a massage. I got the prenatal and he received the deep tissue. when we arrived the gentleman at the front was so welcoming and warm. Very attentive! My husband had Sherry and I had Amy. I've had a few prenatal massages before and they've all been very soft. But Amy was AMAZING! She knew every spot that was sore. She was caring and very sweet. With Sherry my husband really enjoyed her pressure. She helped with all his kinks and knots. Over all our experience was amazing! I would highly recommend Palm Tree. They have a special of 30 minute foot, and 30 minute back massage for $ 60.00. The atmosphere is soothing and very comfortable. The massages are very good, but you will need to let the therapist know how much pressure you want. My husband and I have been here together and he prefers a one hour massage. What I especially like about this spa is that you can call that day and get in. Or you can try to walk in, however I have had to wait when I just walk in. They are very accommodating. Also they advertise 60 minutes and that is what you get. I love that. read more

I've had three good massages by two different women at this massage facility. Both women gave good massages - not the best I've ever had, but definitely good enough to return for more. I think the massage price is a little high because you can go elsewhere and pay less, but I still recommend for a massage when you're booking on the spur of the moment. read more
