I had Mark for a 90 minute body and foot massage and it was probably one of the best I've ever had. They use hot stones also. I was very disappointed on how the management treated me. Ive been a loyal customer for the last 6 years, going there 2 and sometimes 3 times per week when Im in town. Ive tipped 30% or more. This place is top notch! Possibly one of the best massages I've ever had. You wouldn't know that from the outside... Upon entering you notify them of what service you want and they ask your preference for light, medium, or hard strength. We were then walked back to a private room (#1) for our 1 hour massages. There were 4 chairs in the room but only 2 of us. It was nice and private. The girl giving the massage was excellent. she started with shoulders and neck (about 20 min) then moved down to feet and lower legs (40 min). Pretty good place! I did not love the guy masseuse I had, as he rubbed my toes a lot, and not my foot so much, but my friend LOVED her person. She said the lady massaged her arch and ankles and calves and it all felt great. The pricing is good, and I will be back for the hour massage which includes shoulders too, for $50 an hour. I like that you stay clothed. We did the 30 minute massage. We went in, say on a reclining chair, and had a towel/blanket laid on our knees to neck. They placed a soft towel over our eyes. They rubbed down our feet with a warm towel and then massaged them. Life was good. Cash is $3 less. read more

Beautiful spa and great atmosphere. I may have just had a bad experience, but I have bruises on my legs. I was hoping for a 60 min foot massage and I said I like firm pressure. Less time was spend on my right foot than left and it was more of an ankle massage than foot massage. I was disappointed with the lack of time spent on my actual foot so I asked for more "foot" massage. The masseuse used knuckles on my feet and it caused a lot of pain so I asked for less pressure. It was great when he used his hands on my feet, but unfortunately there was not a lot of that. By the end I was in a lot of pain I kept repeating less pressure and nothing changed. We were in Jupiter and decided to book a couples massage for 90 minutes. We were able to get appointments on the same day, and the combo massage includes full body massage and foot reflexology. I get massages on a regular basis, but this was one of the best I've ever had. Their technique, medium deep pressure, is what truly distinguishes them. What I liked best about my therapist was that he knew exactly what areas to focus on without me having to tell him. He focused a lot on my neck, shoulders, and back because they were stiff and tense. The pressure was also ideal. Unlike other therapists, these individuals are aware of all of your pressure points and how to relieve stress. I wish I lived nearby because I would go there at least once a week. The prices are extremely reasonable. $85 for a 90-minute combination. UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO RETRACT MY 5 star review because I scheduled a 60 minute foot massage for 3:30pm on the website today, they called me back right away and confirmed the appointment over the phone. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was told they misunderstood me and thought I wanted a body massage instead of a foot massage so they couldn't take me because they had 5 customers coming in 45 minutes for foot massages. its hard to understand how this error could happen when I booked the FOOT massage online, but hey, mistakes happen. However, they did not even attempt to accommodate me. How about a 30 minute foot massage or until your other customers show up in 45 minutes? I just left Paradise. I received the foot massage and my father received body massage. My foot massage was 10 minutes short. They were running behind so they delayed me 10 minutes. Started 13minutes after hour. Logic says they would go 13 minutes past the hour. I paid for an hour. No big deal but no apology from guy at door. Then he scoffed when I tipped 10 dollars each. Then I see a sign that says 20 percent minimum tip. Who the hell says that. The foot massage was good by Pam. She was nice. My father says his massage was ok. But the guy at front door. He just rubs me the wrong way. No pun intended. It's like a subtle attitude. Think he is the owner. Leaving feeling a bit short and irked. I'm the bad guy for expecting 60 minutes. I told my wife next time I go in with a clock around my neck with timer. I should not have to tell them they started 1/4 after the hour and should go for an hour. Lady walked in with water at 13 minutes after, rubbed my face for 4 minutes. Asked if I wanted arms and said no thank you just feet. She was very nice. Been coming to Paradise foot spa in Jupiter since they opened years ago. Whenever someone wanted to give me a gift, I asked for a certificate to this place. A couple months ago, I came in for a 60 minute combo massage, which is what I always received. For the first time in all these years, I was not happy with Tim and when the receptionist asked me how it was, I was perfectly honest with her and said I was disappointed. Today I walked in to schedule a massage and I was turned away, saying it was because I complained. How dare they turn a customer away for being honest and who has been coming there for years not to mention I referred so many people to them. They are ungrateful. read more

We got there and shortly were escorted to a private four chair room. I asked for medium hard pressure and the gentleman I had definitely delivered. The room was relaxing and clean. I have had massages both at home and the at the most exclusive resorts and spa's in the world but Tina was so gifted in her intuitive method. Ok, I will start by saying I showed up with back pain and this massage did help with that issue so while not enjoyable it was effective. This was my first time to Paradise Foot Spa and I booked online and received a confirmation email same day. When I arrived I was a little surprised by the outside but the greeting area was nice enough. I was asked what pressure I wanted as I was led to the room and I said Medium. Once in the room I was told to undress and cover myself with a green towel provided...... table was uncomfortable And being covered with a towel was uncomfortable. Massage started with over the towel work which was both too hard which I explained ( not much adjustment there) and not enjoyable at all since it's a rough towel that he adjusted on me multiple times. Then it got a little weird for me as towel was removed from my back and my underwear were pulled down to expose the top of my butt and then towel tucked in. Moving from my back to my legs again my underwear was moved this time shoving it up my butt crack and again tucking the towel in there as well. So after this portion of the massage he hits/ slaps/ taps I don't even know the word to use and says " ok lady" and something about turning over. Then he did some terrible pushing on my face with oil covered hands and pressure on my head and neck. Finally it was over with some hits/ slaps/ taps to notify me and he left. Went to pay and you must tip In cash which I did and left. It was weird, uncomfortable, awkward, but effective? Just writing because if someone had written this before I booked I would have chosen a different place I can get an effective message that is actually enjoyable somewhere else. read more

Besides the fact my therapist pulled my pony tail more than once to direct where he wanted my head to go, he was very rough, even after I asked him a few times to be more gentle. Such a lovely hidden gem of tranquility. We walked in last minute and my girl and I received an amazingly bliss-filled foot massage experience. Hushed spa music filled the chandelier-laced calm, cool space as we were ushered to our coupes suite. We left 60 minutes later feeling revived, relaxed and recovered from life's toils. Our pocketbooks were lightly set back a mere $39 for the experience and they allowed us to bring a bottle of champagne for our delight. I had probably the best massage I've ever had!!!!! Richard was my masseuse, and was amazing. They asked me what type of pressure I wanted and I said firm. It was so great! I didn't even have to tell him where I was in pain. Have a lot of lower back pain and hold stress in my shoulders. I feel so much better now!! I have been very stressed and this completely helped!! This was my first visit to Paradise Foot Spa, but I've had many massages over the years. I opted for the 90 minute combo full-body/foot massage. The place is nice and clean. I was taken to a room with two massage tables, but the room isn't wide enough, so the masseur was struggling to get around the table. I'm not sure the person who gave me the massage was a licensed massage therapist, because most of the body massage was done over a towel and while he did remove the towel and eventually used oil to massage my back, the oil was cold and he was all over the place. He work my arms briefly but, interestingly for a "reflexology massage" never touched my hands. The "reflexology" foot massage didn't seem to be working the areas of the feet the way I'm used to. In the end I went home very sore and feeling like by back and the arches of my feet were bruised, even 2 days later. Not sure I'll be returning to this establishment. read more

VERY rude lady at desk. When booking my son and I, I specifically asked for NO men, and there was a man and a woman. The service was just okay but I was not comfortable having a man touch me. When checking out I bought this to her attention and she said she did not have two ladies at the same time - If so, then why did she book it? Worse to all, there was not one, not two but THREE large signs soliciting tips and more so telling customers they must tip and the tip MUST BE AT LEAST 20%. I was so offended. It was so rude. When I brought this up upon my departure the lady at the desk was flippant and did not care what I thought. So after collecting my $78 for two services I left two tips and left . She did not say thank you. Rude. Will not go back. There are many choices, I would go where they are nice. read more
