I went here without an appointment over the weekend and was warmly welcomed and got a great massage!

While the massage itself was acceptable (if you don't mind the use of elbows on your spine) the experience ended on a negative note. After I tipped, the therapist spoke to whom I assumed is the manager in Chinese and clearly indicated that he wanted a larger tip because after their verbal exchange, she pointed at the price menu and said "full body massage is $70" - He stood there waiting for me to tip more. This establishment does allow to include tips on your credit card. I only had $9 in cash and that is what I tipped. I found this uncomfortable and inappropriate. Customers should never feel pressured or guilted into tipping more. This interaction overshadowed the less than stellar service and left a bad impression. Surely I will not return to this place. read more

I requested a certain therapist and I tried to push me onto a different therapist. I don't like wasting my money on a bad massage and I like when I get a person that can actually provide consistent pressure the way I like it. The manager or whoever the person was, I spoke to Couldn't fix the problem so I haven't been back since. I can no longer recommend this business. Go to my foot spa and massage in Stuart. read more

My Mom and I went for a foot massage while I was visiting. We paid for the one hour massage which was to include 10 minutes on the arms, ten minutes on the neck and then 40 minutes on the legs and feet. They started on our necks and immediately the man helping my Mom started really hurting her, she told him to please go easy and he continued causing her pain. We called the manager over and he attempted to explain to the guy that he was hurting her and so the guy (now continuing to hurt her) just continued on. I don't believe he knew what he was doing. My poor Mom had to stop the appointment . She was in so much pain because he tried to push pressure points and set her sciatica in a tail spin. The pain she is in is excruciating and we may even have to go to the hospital in a little while. read more

I selected this foot spa from the Yelp reviews. We were unfortunately very disappointed. At the start, we booked 90 minutes- was told that they made a scheduling mistake and we could only 60 minutes. Totally fine.. Then we enter the "spa" and it's a fully open atmosphere- no privacy whatsoever. Everyone can see everyone trying to relax- again not too big of a deal. The main issues I had was the noise of the workers. Dragging chairs across the floor, doors slamming, talking amongst each other. My massage therapist was constantly coughing..he actually left me to cough for a minute in the back room. Another massage therapist that was right next to me ( remember we're all together) was constantly burping..LOL This place felt very unprofessional and unsanitary in my opinion read more

This place is out of this world! The staff is so kind! Honestly probably one of the best massages I've ever had in my life. And... 90 mins for $65?! I literally feel like I am robbing them. Totally worth it! The massage room is very dim, with beautiful lighting fixtures throughout. They play soothing music, while they massage you. I just did this today, after 4 days of moving. Words can't describe how much I love this place! I work all day on my feet as a hairdresser, and it takes such a toll on my feet, legs, and back. I go to Ocean Foot Spa typically once a week, and I don't know what I did before them! I recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment. This isn't your relaxing light pressure massage. The environment is nice and quiet and relaxing, but These guys get in deep and crack my back in 20 different places. I leave feeling 3 inches taller and so much better. Tried to use a gift certificate and they would NOT honor it because they have "changed hands 3 times" - There is no expiration date and they weren't open during covid -I've been coming here since they opened and have recommended many clients-will never go again. Theres nothing on the gift certificate and no signage stating gift cards will not be honored after a certain date. Very poor business management-may be getting a fourth owner soon if this keeps up. read more

Scheduled 2 for massages. Arrived early and were told that our appointements were in 1/2hr. First impression wasn't the best but we left and went to a store nearby to pass the time. Came back and first thing the receptionist said: your appointments are in 5min. you can sit. My friend and I were having a hushed conversation and the receptionist said: keep quiet. I'm thinking WTF!?!?!? So I asked my friend if she wanted to leave due to her rudeness. So I said to the receptionist that we were leaving because it was very rude to speak to us that way. She didn't apologize and said: there's a sign to keep quiet and because there's a customer behind us, behind the wall, and they can hear us. I asked about our refund and she said, with her eyes looking down here desk not wanting to do eye contact with me, and said: do whatever you want and on that tone we left. I immediately called my husband to let him know, since he's the one who got me the certificates, and told him to get the refund himself because I was too upset to do it. If you are lucky to pass the reception, good for you. There's no way I can recommend this place. Bad customer services is a no, no business for me. read more

Just tried to go get a foot massage using a gift card. We arrived 30 minutes early to be told that we need to return at the appointment time. We had no problem with that, however the girl working at the front desk had ZERO personality and an unwelcoming demeanor. We returned 5 minutes before the appointment and were asked to take a seat in the lobby. My friend and I were having what we thought was a hushed conversation when the employee told us there was a customer on the other side of the door and that we needed to be quite. No finesse, no gentle request, just rudeness. We walked out without our massages and the rudeness continued. Will NEVER return and HIGHLY recommend people stay away, unless they prefer to have a little unprofessional customer service along with their massage. P.S. there was a sign on the front of the desk that said "keep quiet" , so we were keeping our voices low read more

My son wanted to buy me something for Christmas and I said I wanted to try the Ocean Foot Spa. The website said it was $25 for 1/2 hour reflexology. My son gave me his credit card to use and I called to get an appointment for my daughter and me and was told that the price was $30 now even though the website said $25. I asked that he honor the price listed and he said he would not. Bad mistake on his part. I did, however, book two appointments. Sadly, the person I got for the reflexology was in a super hurry to get done and was quite rough. This was not a relaxing experience and therefore, I will not recommend this Foot Spa nor will I ever return. I believe also that when a price is listed, the owner should honor that price and say how sorry he was for the confusion and then correct the website. This is a "bate and switch" tactic that is totally unacceptable. read more
