We were covered with towels and a covering was placed over our eyes. There was soft relaxing music playing in the background. Unlike other food massage places, we did not soak our feet in water. Instead, our feet were cleaned with alcohol spray and a wash cloth. The massage itself concentrated on our feet only. There was a very small time on the lower legs. Even though it wasn't the best foot massage I've ever had, it's always a relaxing and welcome experience to have this done. So I'm very glad we came. It's a few days later and it's tight again (I knew it wouldn't be cured in one visit) but I stopped waking up with a headache above my neck as I was every day. I can't wait to go again.
