We were covered with towels and a covering was placed over our eyes. There was soft relaxing music playing in the background. Unlike other food massage places, we did not soak our feet in water. Instead, our feet were cleaned with alcohol spray and a wash cloth. The massage itself concentrated on our feet only. There was a very small time on the lower legs. Even though it wasn't the best foot massage I've ever had, it's always a relaxing and welcome experience to have this done. So I'm very glad we came. It was bought by a local investment group and there seems to be some poor communication and training issues within the organization. When I went, the guard at the gate told me to check in at the front desk for directions to the spa. The person I spoke with at the front desk was very confused and wanted me to buy a day pass. However, you don't have to buy a day pass to get a massage at the spa, and you don't have to check in at the front desk (at least that wasn't the situation when I went). I just drove over to the side of the parking lot near the spa (as they eventually instructed) and went in for my massage. This was admittedly a few months ago, so hopefully they've got it figured out by now.
