The space felt cluttered, the chairs were too close together, and the environment was quite loud. To make it worse, the stylist next to me had an extremely loud, annoying laugh that literally made me cringe the entire time. The stylist gave me a mediocre haircut, a blunt cut that left long strands, which my husband had to trim at home. I had asked for a cute, short style, but she offered no creative input or guidance on what might suit my face. In the end, I had to go elsewhere to get the style I wanted. For the prices they charge, it's definitely not worth it. I wouldn't recommend this salon.

Skylar was so kind and helpful when setting me up for an appointment with Quinn, who has done my hair before. I got super lucky to snag some time with Quinn! The shop is so cute and such a warm and welcoming space. Everything feels clean and well taken care of. I also truly feel safe at Hair Hero to be myself without judgment. Skylar washed my hair while Quinn finished up on another client and I'll be very honest I wish I could hire her to wash my hair every day. She was gentle and thorough and it was wonderful! She was so patient with all of my demands.
