I've been dealing with this business since February & my experience has been incredibly…read morefrustrating. I paid $620 for product that wasn't shipped on time & after trying to resolve the situation, I ended up paying over $100 out of pocket to ship the product back. (Some items were missing) The business's listed phone number has been disconnected since February, making it difficult to reach anyone directly. The package was delivered over two months ago, yet I'm still waiting for my $620 refund. l've made repeated attempts to resolve this matter privately but l've received excuse after excuse without a resolution. I've been left on read & eventually blocked instead of having my concerns addressed. l've tried to be patient & give this business plenty of time to make things right but months have passed & I'm still out $620, not including the money I spent shipping the product back. This experience has cost me both time & money. I believe customers deserve clear communication, accountability, & timely refunds when issues arise. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage anyone considering a purchase to do their research and carefully review the business's refund policies before spending their money
