So we came here twice now in 4 days. First time we came here the massages were great but the atmosphere was bad. Today, we came back with our same 2 massage therapists, Alex and Wisline. Alex who was my therapist was awesome. He's a little man with a monster grip. So when I met Alex, he was super friendly and flamboyant. So I was thinking, hmmmm idk how this little man is going to dig in. Well I was wrong. Besides having strong hands he uses his elbows. Dude was able to dig into my soul and rip it out. So I loved my massages both times. Alex has been great. My wife who has been with wisline both times loved her as well as she stated she said she felt great both times after her massages. Now I mentioned the first time we came here. First time massages were great, but a client was very loud talking in a different room and saying inappropriate stuff while especially in a massage place. Where to start... first, it's nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone when you call. The interior of the business is pretty run down. I purchased a Groupon and in spite of my initial difficulties I had a great massage! It was so good that I took advantage of their special, buy one/get one 50% off. A couple of weeks later when I called to schedule with the same therapist I was told the next day was her last there. I had to schedule my future appointments with two different therapists. Karen was ok. Not as good as my previous but definitely better than the one that followed... When I arrived in the lobby there was no one to greet me or check me in. The two receptionists were nowhere to be found. I sat there for 10 minutes before they returned with their coffees from the shop next door. I suspect Christina my therapist was straight out of massage school. It was one of the weirdest massages I've ever had. It felt like every stroke stopped short of completion. Instead of her hands gliding through each stroke it felt like a push and stop just short of where you wanted it to. Then she would lift her hands to a new spot and start again. She should definitely be practicing more on family and friends before she's put in a position of charging $140! I will not be returning. read more

Different styles, deep, Thai, feet, with tools, with hot stones, with hot towels, different oils. Nothing beats a good massage after a long trip. I just drive from Los Angeles to FL, I look forward to see my favorite female therapist, **Jane Sword** She has 30+ of experience. She gives a real massage, not some light miss the spot one. She digs in. I don't recommend for massage newbies except if you want to start from the best first. Definitely one of the best I ever had. Excellent technique and pressure strength. Tell her I said hi and I told you to try her. My favorite male therapist is **Levi.** However **John**is neck and neck. Levi steps up his game with nice touches, like hot towels and sometimes a massage tool and foot scrub. Both strong in technique and pressure strength. John is a former tree guy so he looks like he can squat you and break you like a twig. With both you cannot go wrong just find one that fits your schedule. Again both are very experienced so not a recommendation for new to massage. With my experience, I know my body. You need to do too. Speak out in what areas are problem, if pressure is too much or too light. These three will adjust. You are in charge of your experience but these experienced therapist can only do their best. But they can do it better and quicker if you point the issues out to them. Communicate. Yes, I have once or twice loud conversations but it happens. Since I'm 31 I am of the mindset that I don't need a ton of gifts for Christmas from my parents, but I am human so what I did ask for was a massage. When I was visiting my parents in FL, They let me know that they were treating me to a massage at elements. I am a big fan of massages and was excited to check out a place that I had never visited before. The inside is very zen and chill, they are taking covid seriously which you love to see from places. When you come in you are greeted right away with water and a form so you can fill out and high light your problem areas. My therapist was awesome, he made sure to get to know me and focused on my shoulders and neck which are chronic problem areas for me. His pressure was awesome and he made sure to check in on me as he was working. This was the first massage I had in about 3 years so it was long overdue and very enjoyable. The massage was wonderful .. no complaints there ... but I was getting a 90 minute session from what I thought would be 2 to 330 pm . However when the therapist left ... and I was getting dressed , the clock in the room was 3:21 pm . I checked my cell phone to confirm this is right . I can understand if the season ends 5 minutes ahead of time to allow for next customer but this seemed like I was being shorted . Can someone explain how this works ? Is a 90 minute session really 80 minute ? Also .., other locations always end the session with hot towels on the feet which is a wonderful touch . I booked a massage for my mom and placed my card on file - as I was told this was required for if the appointment was missed or cancelled. Two days after her appointment I see an additional charge on my card. When I called, the receptionist said a verbal approval was given by my mom to tip with my card which was not true. I asked her but she said she tipped cash, as we always tip cash for services. Now they will not refund my card. They want me to drive to their studio and pick up cash or a money transfer app. NOT COOL. read more

They advertise a 60 minute massage. However, I received a 45 minute massage. I hate when they do that. If you are going to say 60 minutes, then make it 60. When I said this at check out the person said, mumbled actually, " well, you have to add in the time it takes to change", or some nonsense like that. The actual massage was very good. The therapist friendly and knowledgable. And the facility was clean and relaxing. What a shame that my first and last experience was a disappointment . So i booked a 430 appointment for my first time and right before my appointment, the therapist injured her hand and i had to be pushed back for a 5pm apt.. no biggie, it happens.. Boy am i glad i waited!!! I ended up with Lexie and she is a miracle worker. I always struggle finding a masseuse who can give me enough pressure because I'm a small girl and they're scared to hurt me. I had been on muscle relaxers and pain meds for a week for TMJ and pain in my neck/ shoulders and within the hour, she fixed what my medications and chiropractor couldn't. I had the monthly membership, it was next to impossible to get an appointment with a female therapist. When I finally canceled my membership I was told I had 60 days to use the 4 appointments I had on my account. I ended up just letting my wife use two of them because I didn't want them to expire. This location lost a customer today. I booked an appointment for 2:00 pm and really needed the massage since I have been suffering with some back pain lately. I showed up 5 minutes early and the doors were locked even though the OPEN sign was up. I then tried to call and nobody answered. I decided to wait until my appt. time to see if someone would be unlocking the doors but nobody showed. I called again to leave a message when I noticed a girl unlocking the doors. When I went inside the girl told me they were closed. I said "I have an appointment that is booked." In a very condescending voice she replied "Sorry, I denied you, goodbye". HOW RUDE!!! I will never go back again and I hope that Brittany loses her job after treating customers like that. I also expect the company to refund me for the $59 gift certificate. Due to my negative experience with Elements Massage, I recommend folks choose local independently owned massage therapists therapy wherever your travel takes you. Elements robbed me of a subscribed massage during COVID claiming it expired - no expiration extension. The corporate operational aspects of Elements Massage are not worth the discount as it cost me in dollars and anguish of dealing with them by reversing the benefits of the massage itself. Turnover in local-to-me therapists results in a new one nearly every visit. Convenience and savings be damned! I lost over 15 massages that I had paid for during covid. A salesman from elements assured me in August that he would reinstate them if I re-activated my account at a discount price of 59.00 per month. He provided me confirmation via email in writing. I was then billed at the rate of 69.00 per month and when I called today to obtain some massages for my family who was visiting, I was told that they were not going to honor the sales person's commitment because he no longer worked there. Needles to say that I am furious and was charged over $800.00 for massages that I would never receive. Spoke with manager today and left with only option and that was to take them to small claims court , which is what I intend to do. Do not fall for their monthly plan. They do not honor their commitments made by their employees, even when done in writing. Shame on them. read more

Booked a 90 minute massage. When i went to receive said massage my therapist stopped after 55 minutes and told me it was complete. I called the next day to see why I was shorted more than 30 minutes and was told they would credit me the extra 30 minutes but they don't do 30 minute sessions so the only way I was able to have the situation rectified was by spending another 50 dollars to make it an hour. I guess this company prides themselves in stealing money from their customers. After a horrible service, I had from their Stuart location, I made it blatantly clear how unhappy was and wouldn't be coming back. Did they stop charging my card? NO. They kept charging it for 5 months. Once realizing I contacted them and asked for a refund of the 5 sessions they charged me for at 69.99 each. Totaling 349$. Their response was "Nothing was documented at your last visit so we won't be able to refund you"... ARE YOU SERIOUS? Since your employee failed to document I can't get my money back?
