Got a Groupon for a massage and facial at this place. I've gone back and forth playing phone tag as no one ever (my experience) answers the phone. Called a few days ago (of course no one picked up) and got a message back stating I could get an appointment in nearly 3 weeks. For a place that I'm assuming is trying to help you relax - has done nothing but stress me out. I've tried several times to book and now my Groupon will expire before they can get me in- so I'm gonna trade it in for something else. It's NOT worth the hassle! My recommendations- go to Ocean Foot Spa for a stress relieving foot massage (which includes about 25 mins of neck shoulders and back) for $35 and look for a Groupon to get a thorough facial from Neurostrive on US1 in Stuart for about $50. Very disappointed in my experience and can't provide any additional info because I never got to step foot into this place. read more

I received a facial and microdermabrasion at TE Massage by their esthetician Leslie Harrison and as you can see in the pics posted how Leslie burned seriously burned my neck. The first picture is seconds after she finished the facial. My neck was on fire and Leslie's reaction was to cover her mouth, stare at the burn and state "I cant deal with this now". She then just left the room with no offer of explanation or a way to treat the burn. I left TE Massage in pain. The pain was so serious that I had to go to an clinic for relief of the burning pain and then to my dermatologist who prescribed Triamcinolone and Silver Sulfadiazone to deal the chemical burn Leslie caused. The second picture is a week later and the damage Leslie caused to the neck of my skin. After my experience and the lack of communication from Leslie Harrison and the owner of TE Massage I would advice anyone looking for a any type of skin care from Leslie to be cautious. read more

I found this place on Groupon and purchased a spa package for one. When booking the appointment the lady gave me directions and was very kind. I got there for my appointment and everything was amazing. The owner of the place was the one who gave me my massage and it was by far the best massage of my life! I have been to many places and this was by far the most relaxing and thorough massage. I loved every minute. The lady that did my facial was great also! I was really looking forward to this appointment, only to want to run out of the building midway. I've had numerous massages and facials before, but my experience here was so bad that I believe this is my first review on Yelp. First, the unit is difficult to find, but that's the least of your worries. I had a 4:15 massage and 5:15 facial booked per my groupon. I was left laying waiting for my massage for quite a long time, presumably because the therapist was also working the front desk. I understood this may be a small business and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. I believe the therapist was Reanne and she massaged my body in an unusual order.... Arm, leg, leg, arm so I felt uneven, as I'm pretty sure all my other massages elsewhere have been both arms, then both legs. Still I chalked it up to being a new place for me. When she was finished, she said she would get my wine and let the esthetician know that I was ready. I thought it was strange that I seemed to be staying in the same room. She did not indicate that I should get dressed or meet her outside of the room. I laid there for several minutes, before realizing there was a clock and that it was 5:16. I waited even longer, until the massage therapist asked if I was coming out around 5:20. I told her that she had not indicated that I should get dressed or where I should move to (another room or back to the waiting area). I dressed and went into the hall where she handed me the wine and chocolates and the esthetician, Leslie, indicated that I would be in a room down the hall. Neither had introduced themselves, but I had written down their names on my calendar. I asked if could use the restroom and I was not in there very long. I came into the room to find her with what I thought was a huge trash bag in her hands. She apologized and said "Sorry I have to do this now because it's about 60 lbs of dirty laundry". While I was relieved that it wasn't garbage, I thought if this needed to be done, it could have been done when I was confused and waiting in the massage room for ten or more minutes. She then left me to get changed and I was again left alone with more than enough time to finish the wine and chocolates, get changed and wonder if anyone was ever coming. When she came in she said "oh I thought you would be enjoying her wine." It now had to be at least 20 minutes into my scheduled time. Everything she did seemed to be rushed. She did the first several steps including what felt like a pore vacuum (and very rough) without steam. I then felt steam blowing on my hands, which were eating on my hips. I moved my hands up and she asked if I was ok. When I said they were hot from the steam, she waited a minute or so before moving it to my face while I could tell she was doing something ON HER PHONE. She then put on a mask which tingled and I was worried at this point that I need to get out of there in one piece, and I could here her typing on her phone above my head! I told her the mask tingled, and she said "it's French clay, it can't hurt you." She then proceeded to tell me that she got it in her eye once and she ran out of the room saying that she thought she was going to go blind until another therapist told her that the eucalyptus and tea tree are all natural and couldn't hurt her. I was then even more nervous because she didn't appear to have knowledge of essential oils. At one point during extractions, she left the room stating that she didn't realize she didn't have tissues. I looked at her phone which was playing music above my head and facebook was open. When it was all over (finally), she said "OH! I upgraded you to free microdermabrasion!..... ohhhhhhh that could be why it was tingling so much." What??? Maybe that was what I thought was a pore vacuum, but usually if someone is offering an upgrade, they make sure that you want it or tell you as they are doing it and they should know if it will interact poorly with other treatments. I have never not left a tip before, but I could not justify the lack of professionalism of both therapists. When I was leaving the parking lot, noticed it was 6:16, when my appt was supposed to end at 6:15. There's no way I'm not coming back, even if I didn't already have four sessions lined up. This place is like a small out of the way jewel. The entire staff is friendly, warm, and open. The staff member I saw today was Leslie. She was.. one word: fantastic. She talked to me, kept me company, made sure I was comfortable, and was just a doll in general. She explained parts of the facial, told me about different products and everything. I was supposed to get one procedure but she told me that since I was very young I might not see the effects I'm hoping for. After the explanation, which was in depth, she extended to me that if I wasn't pleased with the results that the fee would be waived or I could choose something else that was equal in price. Who can you say does that? I got a massage with John! He did some serious work on my back! I wanted a deep tissue massage but I was warned that he is normally very firm and to maybe go with the general massage. Boy am I glad I did! The pressure was very very firm, but perfect for me! I have chronic moderate back pain and a lot of tension in my shoulders and he worked all of it out! My only small issue was that I had an appointment at 9 and I showed up 15 minutes early like I was asked to and had to wait outside the door until around 9:10 when someone came to open. read more

I bought my wife a Goupon for several treatments at this place for Mother's Day. She called and was told to just come in, so she took the day off work and excited went for her first time visit. When she got there they said they were booked and couldn't take her in. They also embarrassed her and treated her will a condescending attitude, and told her next time to make an appointment. TE Massage is the only place to go for pain relief or relaxation. I can honestly say that I have never once had a poor experience out of the countless times ive been here. This is due to the above and beyond quality the staff takes in there client's treatments. I personally have chronic back pain, and especially when I see Trina, I always leave feeling much better then when I came. They also have a well balance plan that is an outrageously good deal. Had a massage and facial and neither were good. First, the place is nothing more than very small office space. Second, the staff didn't ask any questions and didn't listen to anything I wrote down on the form. Third, the masseuse and facialist are very angry disgrunted individuals that will tell you all about their problems instead of allowing you to relax and unwind. Lastly, their skills were lacking. Wow. John was amazing. I have had a lot of massage and various types of treatment. He is an ACE with intuitive abilities and very firm pressure and professional yet healing presence. The whole office staff was sooooo nice. My brother got a massage too and he thought he left his motorcycle on (accident) but the front staff checked for him as not to interrupt the massage. This place is an office building and the woman who massaged me had a back and wrist brace on. Her table was wobbly and she wore gloves. She rubbed in one spot for so long with the gloves on that it removed skin. Otherwise her pressure was not hard enough- basically like I was getting pet instead of massaged.
