We saw this place as drove past and decided to see if we could get an appointment here. We called…read moreand they had availability within the next half hour. They are located on the west side of Federal Highway. The strip is a bit run down with a tattoo parlor, an Asian market, a psychic, a smoke shop, and a few other stores easily accessed from the main road. There's parking right out front. My husband and I came for two half-hour foot massages. And when we arrived, they took us right away. We were ushered into a front room which had two chaises, where we were directed to lie down. We were covered with towels and a covering was placed over our eyes. There was soft relaxing music playing in the background. Unlike other food massage places, we did not soak our feet in water. Instead, our feet were cleaned with alcohol spray and a wash cloth. The massage itself concentrated on our feet only. There was a very small time on the lower legs. Even though it wasn't the best foot massage I've ever had, it's always a relaxing and welcome experience to have this done. So I'm very glad we came. And a big thank you to my husband for treating me!

So strong for such a little lady! She gave me exactly what I wanted without me having to ask. I could tell she knows what she's doing and is personalizing the massage based on my needs. She was getting all my knots out! Going over and over to make sure. Warning: I LIKE it super hard like that! Others might've winced out. But she was perfect for me! I plan on going back once a month to keep up with lymph + fascia draining. I was very backed up and we could both tell. I am very sore today. But I know that is a good thing & very normal! I need to drink hot water / hot tea all day to get everything circulating. Anyway, 5 star spot. Will return & strongly recommended! ~ Destany

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Natural Massage Spa in Tradition…read more Back in February, I purchased a $200 gift certificate for my daughter-in-law. She went to redeem it last week, only to be told they would not honor it because the actual gift card was apparently not inside the envelope we were given at the time of purchase. Tina looked up the purchase on her computer and confirmed that the gift certificate had been purchased, had never been redeemed, and that the receipt clearly showed the purchase date, the $200 amount, and the gift card number that we believe was never provided to us. Despite having all of this documentation proving the gift certificate was legitimately purchased and had never been used, she refused to honor it. I tried to reason with her, explaining that their own records proved the gift certificate was valid and unused, but she would not budge. Good customer service means working with customers to resolve situations like this, especially when your own records support their claim. Instead, we were simply turned away. To make matters worse, the facility itself did not appear to be very clean, which is always a red flag for a massage spa. We will never return, and I certainly cannot recommend this business to anyone else. Losing a customer over a situation that could have been resolved so easily is unfortunate and completely avoidable.

The spa is serene and very clean and I'd like to go back for a facial and another massage sometime. I would give 5 stars for the spa and three for the rest of the resort, due to the following: This resort is no longer a Club Med location. It was bought by a local investment group and there seems to be some poor communication and training issues within the organization. When I went, the guard at the gate told me to check in at the front desk for directions to the spa. The person I spoke with at the front desk was very confused and wanted me to buy a day pass. However, you don't have to buy a day pass to get a massage at the spa, and you don't have to check in at the front desk (at least that wasn't the situation when I went). I just drove over to the side of the parking lot near the spa (as they eventually instructed) and went in for my massage. This was admittedly a few months ago, so hopefully they've got it figured out by now.

When you arrive, you are given a robe, sandals and locker. Then you go to the Zen Garden where you begin to unwind. After being greeted by your massage therapist, the experience begins with a foot soak and massage as they welcome you into the room and make you feel at ease. None of the scents are overwhelming and the products used are good for sensitive skin. BE ZEN: Following the massage, you are led into the Zen garden.
