I walked in without an appointment for a gel manicure. Couldn't have been treated any nicer! My nails were done by Alicia, the owner. They are beautiful! This is the BEST nail job I've had done EVER! I've been to tons of top notch salons where they charged almost $200 for nails that didn't even COMPARE! I had my nails and toes done in color 119 (the perfect bubble gum pink), and it was so relaxing! They started off with my toes, and they were so gentle! I had cut one of my toes the night before, and the lady doing my nails checked to make sure she didn't cause distress to my foot every couple of minutes, and it made me feel so cared for! Btw, their massages are THE REAL DEAL! Then they did my nails, and they were the perfect shape! I am forever calling Sapphire nails my home salon! read more

the owner is a really bad business woman.i cancelled an apt on the phone for a manicure /pedicure and she practically hung up on me. and then when I Tried to call her back she wouldn't pick up the phone and let it go right to voicemail. so I stopped in the salon to apologize and explain that I worked for myself and that I did call to cancel and she wouldn't even lift her head up to look at me.i find this very rude and unacceptable form a salon owner and businesswoman . I asked if I could do a walk in apt and she said no. so I will never go there again after being treated like this. doesn't she realize that there are over a dozen nail salons in stuart which do take walkins and cancellations? she is a very unprofessional to say the least and I was stunned at her rudeness. she lost a good customer for sure . read more

Terrible! Looks like a child did my nails. I ask for a gel manicure. They chipped from both the bottom and the top in less than a week. I have never had that happen before. The cuticles looked terrible when she was finished which I pointed out to her, she rubbed a little oil on them rushed me a way for the next client. O' she was not able to finish in color I wanted and she started,because she said it would not cover the ridges. I've been getting my nails done in this color for years in Palm Beach Garden's and have never had that problem. I would not recommend. read more
