Posh Nails has new owners and it shows. Brand new pedicure chairs and a whole new crew that is super friendly and very talented. The place is clean and they are very proud of it. They have posters up to tell you about their policy on cleanliness. This is my second time visiting the salon since I found out about the new owners and so far I'm pretty happy with results. My only issue is I wish they would get some new OPI colors because there are so many beautiful ones this time of year. The prices are a little bit high, I believe they advertise a basic pedicure for $38 and $15 more for gel polish. I think that's high considering it doesn't take any more time than regular polish you can't mess up gel polish so it shouldn't cost more. So for a pedicure and builder gel on natural nails with gel polish, my total was $129 plus tip. I think $150 a month is a little much for Nails but all in all I'm happy with the service, You should give them a try. read more

Zero stars if I could. I'm usually not the type to leave reviews, but this experience was truly unfathomable. I booked an appointment weeks in advance for myself (the bride) and my bridal party -- a total of 8 of us -- to get our nails and toes done the day before my wedding. I purchased $60 gift cards for each person to cover their mani-pedis, so the only thing anyone needed to worry about was tipping or paying for any service upgrades. What should've been a pleasant and relaxing visit turned out to be nothing but chaos. From the moment we walked in, the staff was cold, rude, and completely disorganized (treating us like we were beneath them) When I chose basic polish for my toes, the tech seemed offended and kept trying to upsell me to gel for an extra $15 -- even after I politely declined more than once. (Later to find out they were all like that trying to upsell the service)The man who did my pedicure didn't even bother to help me put my shoes back on -- which is standard service at any decent nail salon. The manicure was just as bad. I was getting Gel-X and was passed around between three different nail techs, none of whom made me feel like a valued customer, let alone a bride on the day before the wedding. The last tech treated me like I was an inconvenience rather than someone who had planned, booked, and prepaid for a large group. Every single person in my bridal party walked out disappointed. I can confidently say we won't ever return, and I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone -- especially for special occasions. Very disappointing. read more

Nail tech's seem overworked and not able to give the attention to a service needed and I swear a very unqualified tech was called to do my nails because the salon was full. She was answering phones working the register and putting towels away all while trying to get my mani pedi finished. Bridal party of 8 was no party at all and more like a disaster. Took forever - made to wait. No special treatment for the bridal party. The salon manager was having trouble working the register and checkout was another fail.took forever. My French tips peeled the very next day some of the girls nails smudged after hours of drying. When I returned 3 days later (2 days after wedding) the front desk employee tells me they only stand by their regular mani's for 1-2 days!! After complaining they repainted my nails. I've been here about 5 times now and have always have great experiences. Usually I will get dip powder nails and a regular pedicure. I've been to Katie, Kelly and Lisa. All wonderful. Maddie was amazing so patient with the most hideous work I had from a previous salon. I discussed my concerns and she listen to them all. I risked it by taking my 1 year old and the staff was very welcoming and patient with us which I appreciated. Nails are beautiful no more acrylic now fresh dip powder nails ! Pedicure was beyond the chairs really helped with my back pains and Maddie's massage was good as well the products that are used for the pedicure are also fantastic (spa pedicure) you can feel the difference even the next day. Collagen socks are the way to go White nails are my new set of dip. Cheap acrylic fills ins that peel or chip off within the first week. In addition girl who checks you in is rude. I've been here 4 times and will not return to this highway robbery salon. She leave you sitting there while she sets up other clients pedicures she answers the phone and makes appointments she takes payments from clients while she makes you sit there and wait for her like my time isn't valuable. It's a pretty place it's un fortunate she is clueless on how to cater to customers. They charge more money than most local salons and only a couple of the girls are good.
