An addendum to the review is intended to highlight the difference between my nails and those of individuals who truly have long nails, specifically the manager, Jackie, who believes I should be charged an additional $5.00 on top of the already high cost of $60.00 for a French dip, now called Healthy Nails. It's simply gauging the customers who do not know what they are doing. I've canceled all standing appointments and already found, in our local area, a nail tech who does a beautiful job and charges the normal ongoing, reasonable price of $45.00! I asked for acrylic nails with gel polish. The person doing my nails seemed to be doing a great job in the beginning but after looking at them I am truly disappointed. The edges are jagged and there's no gel polish on the sides of my nails. The person didn't do anything to my cuticles. This was my first time here and I won't be returning. I visited this salon twice in the last month. Each time the gel manicure started chipping after 9 days. Have not had this happen when I visit salons in my home state. I was told by the assistant manager today, (after calling twice with no return calls) they do not take responsibility after 7 days. I called on Day 9! She recommended a more expensive product called a structured gel manicure. She made me feel it was something I am doing to make them chip, no accountability on their part. After a lengthy discussion, I agreed to come in for this service. They offered me an appointment for the week of March 23, today is February 23! It became quite obvious they do not want me for a customer. I do not feel my complaint was invalid after spending $102 plus a $15 tip for the technician. read more

Didn't think they would be open on New Years Day, but they fit me in as walk in to Spa Pedicure.. They were quick and professional, and lady worked around my injured toe nail I had carefully. But in the end, they seem like they were in a rush to hurry up and go to a party , because I was the last one they were taking for the day . I thought they were gonna lock me in the salon. What a lovely experience. Everyone that works at this salon is super friendly and sweet and they all help and support each other in such a positive way. Erick was AMAZING! Best pedi I have had in a long time. I will definitely make sure I am scheduling him after my leg days at the gym going forward. Tiffany put a new full set on and did such a beautiful job. I went in because I just got a full set a week ago at another salon and it was absolutely horrible so I needed to have it's soaked off and a new set put on. I was having a difficult time finding a salon in the area, but from my first experience here, I was hooked! Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I love the hot stone massage that comes with the pedicure and that you can bring in a glass of wine from next door. I had been wearing acrylic tips for years and Lyndsey convinced me to try the natural nail dip. Within just a couple of visits I now have my own beautiful healthy natural nails. I have come in here 3 times & gotten terrible nails every single time. The first 2 times I got the same woman so I thought maybe if I gave it one more try with a different woman it may be better. She patted down my nexgen after every time she dipped it. I got it done 5 days ago (before I went on vacation) & my nails are cracked to where they will break off any second. I made a reservation and was still bounced around. If you can't fit me in, tell me. Had a pedicure with a nice woman who said she would be doing my nails. She had me wait after my pedicure and I sat there for 45 minutes. Finally I was helped by a rude person named Holy. She kept pulling my hands closer to her to make it easier for her to do my nails. She kept twisting them and pulling like she was doing me a favor and to accommodate her. I have arthritis so it was an uncomfortable, rude experience. After she did my nails, two other people had to help finish them. The original person left me to do someone else's nails instead of finishing my appointment. The place looked nice and clean but the service was the worst I've had in this area. I won't be returning. read more

I came into Euphoria after reading so many positive reviews. I came in and was assigned to Tiffany. I showed her a reference picture as to what I wanted ... I even specified that I wanted rounded deep red acrylic tips . INSTEAD, I got CLAWS and a pinkish-red. When trying to ask for a correction, she told me "not to worry" and that she would give me exactly what the picture showed. This was one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. We made an appointment and then were made the wait. We came back and the two people I was with were immediately started and I waited an additional 20 minutes. One lady touched feet and then answered the phone to take appointments repeatedly while doing a pedicure. My feet were still rough when I left and I was longing to be at my usual place. I come here often for the Sunday mani pedi. I love that they are open Sunday's when no one else is open. The service and wait times are always accurate and spot-on, and I like that you don't feel like you're in a chemical factory but in a true nail spa. I always go as a walk in and never have a problem. I have been going to Euphoria Nail Salon for about 8 months. I wanted to let people in the are know that this is a very professional salon with exceptionally friendly and qualified technicians. Holly does the "Healthy Nails" manicure and my nails have never looked better. In addition to that, they have never needed a "repair" and often can last 3-4 weeks. Tammy gives an excellent pedicure. Their tools are autoclaved prior to use. Tammy pays attention to details of trimming the nails and buffing the feet and the massage and hot stone massage that is included is very relaxing.
