I was in just this afternoon. They get points for taking me right in, but communication with them was difficult. Everything was clean and the service was prompt, but the tech who did my nails was constantly talking to her coworkers in another language, and she frequently pointed to prompt me instead of conversing with me. The results appear to be satisfactory, but it was an uncomfortable experience. I'll let you know if the nails last the 2 weeks minimum they said the nails would before needing a touch-up. The woman that did my pedicure cut the same part on my toe 3 times. She also did different things to each foot/leg.... weird. As a retired small business owner for over 40 years, I really do not enjoy giving any small business such a low score, but Tiffany Nails have given me no choice. Moving here 6 mos ago, I was glad to find a nail salon close to my home and shopping. I've used their services approximately ten times over this period, each time hoping things would improve, but my latest experience made the decision easy to never return, no matter what! My biggest complaint is the rudeness, specifically of the owner John. He clearly does not enjoy his work, though he actually is a good technician. He's impatient, short and downright unfriendly. He literally barks out orders at you. Here are a couple of examples: I asked to see the gel colors while waiting for my technician to be ready for me. They were hanging right behind him, but instead of pausing his work and handing them to me, he didn't even look up, but blurted out "sit down, she'll bring them to you in a minute". I am a soft-spoken, rather shy 67 year old and it was embarrassing and humiliating to be spoken to like this. And after completing my gel fills, and again, he is a good technician, he simply completed the job with "you're done". No how do you like it, thank you, anything civil. That particular day I spent $60 and left a $10 tip. I'm not expecting to be treated like family, but a simple hello, goodbye and THANK YOU would be just fine. I've actually never met a business owner with a poorer attitude toward his clients. He's lucky he's in a very good, busy location, or I doubt he'd survive. The last straw was this past week. I had an appointment for 11:30 for gel fills and pedicure with a specific technician, Andy, who I had begun to like over a few previous visits. Andy is good and pleasant. I arrived on time and was abruptly told by John that Andy was just leaving to go to his child's graduation and I should come back after 2pm, when he should be back. What? I told him I couldn't return at 2pm, so Mia stepped in for Andy. NOTE: John said "sorry bout that, I didn't know Andy was leaving". That was the most he could reluctantly offer. Really? You're the owner and boss and the person who actually made this appointment for me, but you don't know your employee is leaving for a few hours in the middle of a Friday? You think that little of your clients that you can't take phone numbers when making appointments, so that you can phone them when there's a conflict? Disrespectful. So my appointment ended, $60 +$10 tip. I said goodbye to John on the way out, simply being courteous, and he mumbled "bye". Again, no thank you, no sorry for the mix-up, nothing. I have a neighbor who frequented the salon and she told me that John has always had a bad attitude. If anyone wants to be disrespected, choose this salon. In the future I will travel a little bit further and find a salon who appreciates my business. My apologies for the late posting--I didn't realize until today that I apparently didn't complete this review of many many months ago. read more

Customer service is awful!!! They do a great job as long as you can handle the rudeness on a bad day. I've been going for several years and have overlooked it but when I call and schedule an appointment with flexibility and they tell me when to come in and I get there 5 minutes early then after 25 minutes politely ask how much longer as my nail tec walks someone else back and I'm told by the owner I can just leave if I don't like it.... yeah, I won't be going back. This was absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. It took about 2 and a half hours for my nail tech to do a basic healthy nail. When I saw how they came out I was shocked it could take her that long. She was so unfriendly and unaccommodating. I told her at the beginning I was interested in getting a design and she waited until she was finished doing my nails to tell me she wasn't able to do it. If I had known that before I wasted 2 hours of my time I would have gladly taken my business elsewhere. If you make the decision to go in there I wish you luck. read more

Quite possibly the worst manicure I have ever had in my life. I was bleeding in three cuticles when I left. The staff is surly and rude. The tech was on her phone with earbuds in while torturing me. Two days ago I made manicure and pedicure appointments for myself and my mom. We were taken on time and were very happy with the services received. We paid, tipped and left. Upon arriving home I realized that on 3 of my nails (I had a dip manicure) there were spots that were not shiny and a little rough.... I've been getting dip manis for years and know that this is simply because the top coat (a shiny shellac) was not applied evenly. My nail tech worked very quickly so I was not surprised! What did surprise me however, was when I went back the next day to simply have a new top coat applied to those 3 nails. The very same nail tech was rude and obnoxious and said it was because I did something to my nails. She refused to put a quick tip coat on, telling me I could wait and she was busy! Really?!!! We collectively spent $130 the day before and she couldn't fix HER mistake???? Terrible customer service! read more

Good place for a manicure or pedicure, however DO NOT come here to get your eyebrows done. My friends/my family have been getting our eyebrows done here for years, (only out of convenience, since it was cheap and closest to our house) and we've always had issues. They've burned me several times (one time literally right before my prom, nonetheless. That was fun.) And regardless of who has gone in, I have heard the same complaint every single time: "They don't listen to what you want." Which is so true. I have naturally thicker eyebrows and want to keep the shape. They always wax them WAY TOO THIN to the point where my eyebrows hardly show up in photos unless I fill them in with a pencil. I have found another eyebrow salon who actually LISTENS and does a much better job. read more
