VIP Nails - Ready for the Holiday season!!! Christmas tree with ornaments and a string of lights - Nail Salons Near Me - Palm City, Florida

I have been a loyal client here for three years, and this salon consistently exceeds expectations every single time. Whether I'm getting a standard manicure or a long-lasting gel set, the attention to detail and craftsmanship are always top-tier. The pedicures are an absolute must the massage is deeply relaxing and easily the best in the area. What truly sets them apart is their extraordinary hospitality and genuine warmth. I have brought my daughter when visiting and my 90-year-old mother with me, and the staff treated them like absolute royalty from the moment we walked through the door. Between the wonderful drink selection offering water, tea, and wine and the incredible, attentive care shown to all of us, it is always an absolute pleasure to visit. If you are looking for flawless nails, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere where every guest is cherished, this is the place to go. Five stars all around! read more

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is VERY CLEAN! I appreciate using actual TOWELS to dry my hands rather than PAPER ones. Small touch that makes a difference. read more

Staff is friendly enough. I wasn't 100% happy with my nails. I was quoted $25 for a fill when I called but charged $30. Two of my nails are a little crooked. read more

I was charged $70.00 by Steve for a set of acrylics and I gave him a $10.00 tip, making it $80.00. No design or anything special. He does nice work, but I will be finding a new salon. The prices are crazy. I should have asked the price. Other local salons are half the price. read more

One of the managers named Tony is very very sweet and does an incredible job at acrylics. He handled a incident very professionally between customers, and I am impressed by his work. My nails lasted very long. I have a short nail bed from biting them most of my life and somehow he made them last almost a month. They also came out very, very pretty. He took extra care to make sure they came out good. I highly recommend this nail salon. read more

My wife said the service was fine. But I purchased a $100 gift card for her to use and when she went in to redeem it, they said it was void because the shop was under new management. So essentially this place stole $100 from me. Absolutely buffoonish way of doing business. read more

Worst ever. First picture is what I asked for , Next picture is what I got . I was literally crying in the salon. I paid $71 for this. Nice enviroment though but the lady doing my toes she was saying how she couldn't do the acrylic because my toenail wasn't long enough. My other nail techs could do it though so I didn't really understand. It was just so bad they didn't ask me if i wanted or needed anything until the middle of my appointment. The lady was really rough with me when she was pulling down my pants after doing my pedicure . She left a small scrath on me and she reopened a wound I had on my foot. If I could give 0/5 stars I would . Never again , I've never wanted to just walk out of a nail salon so bad . read more

I just started having my nails done at VIP Salon when the new owners took over. Everyone I met was so friendly and made me feel welcome and at home. Julie was the nail tech who did my pink and white acrylics and they were the perfect length and shape. I also had her do a polish change on my toes. Also prefect. The salon is beautiful and spotless. Today will be my third visit in three months and I am so looking forward to it. They make me feel like family. Thank you to all the people there. I wish you all the best. Sandy Robinson read more

VIP Nails - Best Pedicure ever!! Ling was so amazing! Very clean and wonderful service! - Nail Salons Near Me - Palm City, Florida

Went on a Sunday to get my nails and my friend's nails done. Our experiences were horrible; my nails were not shaped right, my nails top layer did not cure on half my nails and would crumble off with the lightest pressure this was supposedly fixed when she brushed some gel over top . My toenails had stippling and were not smooth even after informing the person it happened the last time I was in and did not want it happening again. My friend was passed off to someone else after the false tips were put on in the middle of the shaping process and were finished while she was at the pedicure chair. The original person doing her nails and the person who she was pushed off on to were arguing back and forth. Her toe nails had to be redone twice as the person doing them did not put on a top coat the first time so they didn't dry then all he did was layer more paint the second time. My nails started chipping two days later on all the edges, my friend's nail snapped off a day later and today Saturday almost a week later her other nail snapped off and tore part of her nail off and her toe nails as well as mine are chipping. Worst salon we have been to, will not go back. We received no nail bed prep or cuticle care before of our hands were done which was very disappointing. If I could give negative stars I would, the lack of customer service we received was not worth the $200 we spent that day. read more

I recently re-visited VIP with my friend and got the VIP treatment on one of the best pedicures. It was one of the more expensive ones, but lasted about 1.5 hours with a complimentary drink or water. The place was immaculate and busy. Ling was incredible, took her time and gave the best massage on my legs and feet. The smells of what they used was invigorating and was worth every penny. I can't believe I didn't take the time to get this wonderful service every time I get a pedicure. Simply AMAZING! Thank you Ling for a great job and I look forward to my return to do it all over again! read more

First time here for a mani-pedi with Tammy. Beautiful salon, spotless. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Tammy was excellent. Best massage, nails and toes look great. Will definitely return. read more

So it all started when I walked in I was seated fairly quickly which is why I gave them another star , and my toes look really good BUT when I sat down I felt like everybody was staring at me and laughing at me for some reason which made me feel very uncomfortable in the store. ANYWAYS the MAIN problem lies within the communication. I asked them for a deluxe pedicure with regular polish but gel topcoat and acrylic on my big toe (it makes the nails look clean and seamless in my opinion and i also showed a picture of what i wanted). The girl that was doing my toes did not speak good English so it made it very difficult for her to understand what I wanted. she ended up having somebody else come over to translate for her and they started to berate me and and try to get me to not do acrylic on my big toe stating that it would cause me problems and be uncomfortable. I told them that I get acrylic all the time and that's the reason why I came in. this is what I wanted, this is what I like , and this is what i will pay for. Eventually they said fine and put acrylic on my big toe but they ended up having three separate people doing my toes and it took about an HOUR AND A HALF for them to finish. at the end they had me pay and it was $70 for JUST my TOES (for basically a baby boomer kinda ombre.) Apparently, the girl did not listen and used gel polish instead of regular polish which jumped my price another $20 or so. So basically I overpaid for something that I didn't even ask for! Keep in mind, there's also a sign in the shop stating that because they need to pay for masks and need to pay for extra sanitary measures due to COVID-19 they are upping the price for their services as well. This made me feel uncomfortable upon entering (before the stares), because i feel as though this store is just money hungry! And the fact that she did something that upped my price another $20 (and I didn't even ask for it ) solidifies my reasoning. ALSO the fact they didn't even tell me how much it would cost extra until the very end after they were done is WRONG. This is not good customer service practice. For reference, a deluxe pedicure is only $35 with basic nail color. So if u come here prepare to spend double what u should. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED Overall, i left the salon STRESSED and PRESSED but with good lookin toes, not $70 worth but nice toes. I will not be returning. read more

All the techs give amazing pedicures but John by far is the best manicure tech. Julie is also good but not that friendly.

I just walked by this salon on my way to the cleaners. They took me without an appointment for gel mani/pedi. The place is very clean and the pedicure chairs were almost all full. People seemed to be regular clients and very happy. My pedicure was great and then I had healthy nails dip manicure by the owner. My nails turned out great!! It's very relaxing and well organized people and staff were very friendly. Going back for sure! read more

Vivian at VIP Nails is the best! I have been going to VIP Nails on and off for about 10 years now and I have always had great customer service and fabulous pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nails, and healthy nails. I recently went to another nail salon that did a horrible job on my nails and I called VIP right away. Vivian told me to just come on in and she will fix them, and she did! It took a long time to do since we had to soak off the nails, but she got it done and did a beautiful job! I have learned my lesson and will never go to another nail salon ever again! read more

If I could give them a 0 I would, the only good thing that I experienced was how quickly I got seated. I asked for a full set and all I wanted was French tips but I wanted one hand white and the other black, seemed simple enough to me. The women seemed to understand what I wanted. She proceeded to put the acrylic on and had to re do it multiple times which I was patient with but continued to do it poorly making it thick and clumpy, and I thought she would fix it but didn't, so I thought we'll she knows what she's doing it will end up looking good. But she then was trying to do French tip on only one finger and started to fully paint the rest of my nails one solid color instead of the French tip, so I stopped her and told her no I want all of them French tip and she scoffed at me and proceeded to have a bad attitude the rest of the time doing my nails. She then started rushing almost as if she just wanted me out of the store, at that time I was SUPER upset! When she finished my nails they were thick and clumpy and the French tip covered half my nail and some were even CROOKED! I usually never write reviews I just simply don't come back but I've never been so displeased with the outcome of the way my nails looked and by the customer service I was given. Super disappointed. I'd rather spend more money for a good job done then come back here again read more

Fantastic staff and a comfortable, exceptionally clean salon. My wife brought be along and I was glad she did. I had recent back surgery which prevents me from being able to care for my own toenails, so the pedicure was much needed. The nail tech did a great job, and the paraffin wax treatment on my feet provided relief from the nerve pain that afflicts me. I went ahead and had a manicure as well and came out feeling great (and exceptionally well groomed). I've only been to a couple nail salons but this place was in a league of its own. Top notch. I would give it 6 stars if Yelp! let me. read more

We used to always go there for Claire & John. However - the few times we have been since Claire left... I have left unhappy. Unfortunately - yesterday was definitely my last time going and I will be looking for a new place. We went in for a regular pedicure (nothing extra) and a gel manicure. They charged $80 which seems outrageous. They were rushing through it - just wanting to get us out of there. The manicure was so rushed that not only did I leave with polish all around my skin but they didn't even put 2 coats on so my polish is see through. I could have painted them better myself. No lotion. No regular things you pay for when you get a manicure. She was in such a hurry she broke a lot of skin around my nail bed as well. For $80 I shouldn't be so unhappy with my nails and have to be picking the polish off my skin. The pedicure had no massage even though I told them that I was there to treat myself because my feet were killing me. Just rubbed some lotion on and called it a day. I tipped because I think its the right thing to do but I walked out after paying $90 immediately knowing I will never be back. You go there to relax - not feel like you're being pushed out the door. read more

It was my first time ever at a place like this and we went with a rowdy party of eight. They have extremely comfy massage chairs and foot baths. Staff is funny and will keep everyone light hearted. Not impressed with Wen, every question/request was met with apathy. Not returning, so many other places in Palm City to try!

Went here a few weeks ago, by far the worst experience of my life. They want you to receive the most expensive service they offer, even when they offer a $25 special they will talk you out of buying it and talk you into buying their service that's $40, and they won't stop until you give in. Complain if you ask for something that may take a little longer.. They are insanely rude!! I do not recommend this place to ANYONE!! read more
