I had a pedicure and manicure this afternoon. My technician was Andrew. He was very polite and actually hummed a little tune through most of my pedicure. It was very relaxing. I had an appointment with Sarah Today at 2pm 3/2/26 . At 145pm as I was on my way, I received a call from reception saying Sarah was no longer available. Do I want someone else? I said no that Sarah was recommended why did she cancel? I was told she felt she couldn't please me. I had gone to her Two weeks ago for the first time and at that time she wanted to remove 3 of my nails and put on tips. I have acrylic. All my nails were my own, no tips. I said to her I don't feel they need to come off you can do this one nail if you feel you must but not 3. I was very happy with my nails when finished, gave her a 40% tip which she had no problem accepting then and two weeks later my nails are still good and I made another appointment with her. All I did was state what I wanted on my Nails nicely, obviously she took offense to it, after all she is not a surgeon, this was not Life or Death. My point is, whose determination should it be to not remove my nails? I am getting my nails done for 40 Years and may not do this for a living but know enough when a nail should be taken off. Her canceling last minute when I have a wedding to attend in New York and no time to get them there when I fly home Tomorrow. I will make do, that's not what has me miffed. I appreciate the receptionists honesty and frankly although Sarah did a good job, her entitlement was a bit much, I was not rude at all I simply stated my preference for MY nails based on my experience. Yes, she is entitled to choose who she works on But her manner and personality leaves much to be desired, My nails, my decision as to how they are managed. I am no novice and can see when a problem may occur. Take this for what it's worth but I found her unprofessional and rude to have done this last minute. I will not slight the business as a whole but she needs a lesson in professionalism. Her way or no way? Not this patron, and an added loss to the Business she works for as other services will not be rendered due to my distain toward her attitude. Shame. read more

I had an appt with teddy and he did exactly what I asked for. Its been hard finding a good nail tech in weat palm for a pedicure that does everything the way you like. I did the basic pedicure and it was $32. I don't know if I'll be able to go to stuart every time I need one but I'll definitely be back. read more

We went in for two pedicures, we were told it was $35, I paid extra for a massage and my daughter got gel... at checkout the total was 166.00... they upcharge for EVERYTHING and the guy at the front desk, assuming the manager, was VERY rude!!!! Sanitation is non-existant. This is a big down grade from last season. Nail polish bottles are caked up like a volcano, nothing is clean, including manicure stations, pedi chairs, and the techs never stopped talking, making relaxation impossible. Not going to return. read more

Been going for years, I recently changed to Kelly and she is just amazing Best manicure I've ever received.

Used to love coming here to get my nails done, plus they did a facelift with their massage chairs but the quality has gone down hill. The techs are rude, refusing nail polish colors to be selected from wall or anywhere other than the book they hand over. My gf and I came in on Friday and we were letting our nails dry, the tech started making loud noises to rush us over and pay for the service, like a physical cat call of annoyance... will be finding a new location after two years. read more

I've been a customer at this salon for a year and a half, regularly coming in for pedicures and manicures. While the work was never exceptionally thorough, I appreciated the convenience of its proximity to my home and the availability of appointments. Before an important event, I scheduled an appointment, but the staff called to inform me that they were canceling it. They mentioned that during my last visit, I wasn't satisfied because someone else did my treatment, and I didn't like the results. Because of this, they decided they no longer want me to return to the salon. They have added eyelash extensions service and couldn't be happier, I decided to try for the 1st time and Mila provided a great service, she also did a great job with my lashes! I've had more than one good experience at this salon and usually visit on Sunday as they are one of few open in the area. I walked in and asked for a pedicure, got sent to a chair where I sat for 15 minutes before the same person came over to fill the tub with water. Waited 10 more minutes with my feet in cool water before someone came to ask what color I wanted. Two other women had walked in after me and started to receive service before me. I literally put my wet feet into my Birkenstocks and walked out. Zero communication and poor customer service. Happily waited until Monday to receive service at my regular salon, Posh Nails in Stuart which is leagues above this place. read more

Came across this nail salon while venturing into Publix next door! I needed a pedicure and since their reviews were good I decided to give them a try. I walked in with no appointment and they took me right away. They check your temperature at the door and ask if you would like hand sanitizer or the option to wash your hands. You also can check in to get points with your phone number. They also have a barrier up where you get your pedicures or manicures. The front desk girl was friendly and had great customer service skills. My nail tech was Linda and she did a fabulous job! She was detailed oriented, quick, patient and attentive. The chairs have massages built into them too while you get your nails done. My pedicure looked really nice! Definitely will check them out again! You should too! read more

Whenever visiting home stopping at Metro is such a treat. Have been several times through the past few years for healthy nails (dip powder) and pedicures. We absolutely adore Teddy and Mimi, but don't think you can go wrong with anyone. I never have my nails last this long! They are also one of the cleanest nails salons I have been to. Especially with pedis they have a really cool system to make sure they are hygienic as possible. Great great spot! read more
