Despite this, I was still assigned to that technician. When I chose to decline the service and leave, she followed me to my car to question my decision. This situation should not have occurred, especially given that I clearly communicated my request to the front desk staff. Overall, this was a very unprofessional experience.

Ken takes his time and is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to my nails and I have not yet to be disappointed! What I got instead was like a horror show. First of all, the place was *filthy*. The floors hadn't been mopped in what looked like weeks, there was nail dust everywhere, and the tools didn't look sanitized at all. I even saw a nail tech drop a buffer on the floor... and just keep using it. No disinfectant. Nothing. The tech who worked on me was clearly untrained or didn't care. She was rough, rushed the job, and left a large cut and my cuticles bleeding. When I flinched in excruciating pain, she rolled her eyes. I MAY HAVE TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM AND GET STITCHES. SHE KEPT USING THE SAME NAIL FILE THAT HAD MY BLOOD ON IT. Also, the place *smelled* awful -- not just from strong chemicals (which is expected to a degree), but like mildew and something rotting in the back. The chairs were cracked and sticky, the magazines were from 2014, and there was *literally* a roach crawling across the wall and what looked like mouse poop in the corners. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures online. This place is a scam and a health hazard. Save your money, your nails, and your sanity -- and GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!
