I actually randomly passed by here because I needed a last minute manicure for a wedding and they were able to do exactly what I requested. The nail tech (older lady who sits closest to the door) cut me twice. She blamed me for moving. Three of my nails are crooked and she put the finishing gloss on by polishing sideways. It's been one week and my nails are lifting. My nails last two to three weeks. I'll never go back. read more

Never have I ever experienced such an amazing nail day! Trust me, coming from a family who does nails for a living, as well as working as a nail technician before, I was actually quite impressed with Nancy's Nail Spa. (And trust me, you'd be surprised at how many nail salons just aren't quite up to par.) I like the aesthetics. Pedicures are really nice, and the prices go up with those plastic liners. (but overall pedicure is $25) The store is adorned with new chairs and supplies. They have over 300 colors of gel nail colors--I know, cause I asked. xD PLUS! They offer waxing too! But what caught me the most and really made me stick to this salon were the people. Everyone is so nice, and it just feels like a "home away from home," which is what a nail spa SHOULD make you feel like. Nancy and Jimmy are a delight! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and smile-inducing experience. read more

The most painful, bloody manicure I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Nancy drilled so far into my cuticles that 8 out of 10 nails were bleeding. She applied the topcoat quickly as she had another client waiting, which resulted in sloppiness and clear topcoat underneath my nails and onto my skin. I politely asked her to clean it off and she still left spots on every fingertip. My pedicure was okay, not the best. Though Nancy was very sweet throughout the whole ordeal, I have to leave 1 star as my cuticles are still red and sore. I definitely will not be returning. read more

Sad this place is always dead and now I realize why, not good service. Really poor manicure, left so much dead skin around nails, and to be asked continuously if I wanted other services over and over again was frustrating. Unfortunately I doubt I'll return. This place seemed super good they had good reviews and decent prices, I just finished my nails and they completely butchered them four of my nails are completely on even after I asked her to fix them several times and she just kept filing the same exact spot and when I would try to correct her she would get an attitude with me they cut me on two of my fingers I told her four times and that her and she continued to do it the polish is extremely thick it also makes my nails look extremely bulky and whenever I asked her to fix some thing she would catch an attitude and not do what I was asking her to do granite I'm very picky when it comes to my nails but I've never had this bad of a set of nails. I do not recommend Nancy nails and spa. I also wanted to add if you do not have an appointment they will kick you out there was a lady getting her toes done as a walk-in and there was only two staff there and two ladies walked in with an appointment and they had asked the lady mid pedicure if she could leave and come back in an hour extremely unprofessional !! read more

Was very disappointed in my pedicure. The paint was all over my skin and very messy. She barely covered the nail. Then said "the paint will wash off my skin in the shower." Nothing looked like it was starilized. After using the foot scrub on me, they cleaned it with the water my feet had been in. I would've been better off saving my money and doing it myself, I would've done a better job. read more
