I requested not to be scheduled with a specific nail technician after experiencing infections on three fingers following my previous service with her. Despite this, I was still assigned to that technician. When I chose to decline the service and leave, she followed me to my car to question my decision. This situation should not have occurred, especially given that I clearly communicated my request to the front desk staff. Overall, this was a very unprofessional experience.

The guy told us to go wash our hands and then told us to pick our colors and have a seat. I asked how long they were going to be and they said just a few minutes. I said we had an appointment and that I wasn't going to wait 20 minutes. The female said "How do you know it's going to be 20 minutes? Go pick your color and have a seat". I said I would wait 10 minutes, said that I didn't want the two customers to get shorted their pedicure time, waited the 10 minutes and got up and left. What is the purpose of taking/making an appointment that you aren't going to honor? Both were at a point that I KNEW they weren't going to be done in "just a few minutes", I have had pedicures before... I REFUSE to give my money to people who don't think my time is important to me. I hope everyone who reads this doesn't wait either.
