Went here to get French tips done, they instead did a solid color and didn't acknowledge that the result wasn't what was requested. When politely asked to remove it they instead yelled at me in front of other customers and still required that I pay full price. The entire atmosphere was awkward and hostile after this when they could've simply removed it. Unprofessional, unkind and can't perform your request correctly. Will never be returning here and do not recommend this salon. read more

This is my salon of choice. i go every two weeks. They do a great job and i am particular. But make an appointment because like everybody else, they are short on workers. I have decided to try a new place since I have been having a hard time booking appointments among other things . Even when I have been able to get an appointment the service has changed from being kind to being an inconvenience for the staff members. The atmosphere is less positive than it was in years past. Bob does a lovely job , however, the overall mood at this place is not conducive to a sense of well being. Maybe they are overworked and tired? The energy is wack here. The older gentlemen is very rude and has no social ettiquette or manners. He insults your skin or nails and laughs at his own insults thinking he's funny when I asserted myself. No need to announce to the salon what I already know about my body. Awful customer service....Ray the owner smells like cigarettes and he is. Rude... I walked in in the afternoon around 4 o'clock Ray told me to pick a color and to sit at a station. Afterwards he proceeded to tell me that the color I had on was too difficult to remove when I suggested that he maybe use cotton with the little wooden stick he asked me if I was a nail tech and cocked up an attitude. Also his hands smelled really bad from cigarettes. I asked him if he washed his hands and he said that was none of my business. I then told him I did not want him to do my nails. And he threw the chair that he was sitting on the floor. Definitely seems to have some unresolved mental health problems. With all the nail salons in the area stay away from this place read more

New to the area, I came here for a much needed manicure and a little "me time". I didn't have an appointment, but in the early weekday afternoon they weren't busy. I don't know the guy's name, but he argued with me about a cracked nail. Not real polite. The clincher was no massage. When he finished the manicure he said "all done" and got up. I asked him about a massage, but nope. And the fee was full price, however he didn't receive full tip. Between the attitude and lack of massage, I certainly won't be back. Worst pedicure ever!!! I went in for a mani and pedi. Started with the pedicure. I kept telling the guy doing my pedicure that he was hurting me. He was so rough, and jabbing tools at me. Plus the water was cold. He kept saying sorry but continued to be rough. Cancel the manicure. Told the owner how disappointed I was and how rough the attendant was. He said I should have told him before. What????!!! Then he never gave me back my polish that I brought in. Never ever again! read more

I have gotten my nails done by Cam exclusively for years and she is THE BEST!! My boyfriend has been getting pedicures from Tina when I drag him with me and he really likes her as well! I've been to several nail salons/spas in the 5 years I have lived here and this is by far THE Best nail salon! I go every 2 weeks. Always very clean, soothing decor, sweet technicians. $29 for full French pedi. Bob is my #1 favorite but Anna is a close 2nd. They also do waxing but I haven't used that service. During Season, make an appointment or you'll be waiting unless you don't care which technician you get. When my family asks me what I want for Christmas/birthday, I ask for gift certificates to CN&S. Entered the establishment an hour and a half before they closed and asked for acrylic nails. The lady rudely turned to me and said we can't do that. I stood there for about a minute or two in shock of how rudely I was just treated only for the lady to turn to her friend and 'whisper' "why is she still standing here." The other lady turned to me and said "just come back tomorrow" in which I responded with a hell no. Don't recommend coming to this rude establishment. read more

I received a gift certificate for my birthday to this salon. The facility is dark and dingy. It appears that no maintance has been done on the premises since inception. Paint is cracking and peeling off. It has an overall creepy feeling. The tech was ok, but it took him almost twice as long as any other nail tech I have had at other salons. They also bad mouthed techs at a nearby salon at which I have always had great service in all areas: manis, pedis and waxing. This salon is so nasty that it makes one wonder if one will come away with a fungus or some other ailment from the place. NEVER AGAIN. Great salon! They speak English very good. Great product and very friendly excellent quality products. I took my daughter (who is disabled) to get a kids pedicure, they were so friendly, patient and understanding when she couldn't sit for long and had to stand up. They sat on the floor and let her stand. They even threw in her nail art (flowers on her big toes) FREE! I got a full set of healthy nails done the same day also. They had great bright colors, for the young girls. I got the traditional French. And I got my toes done too. With a full set of healthy nails, a kids pedicure with nail art, eye brow wax and my toes painted I only paid $65... Great deal. I will defiantly be back and so will my daughter.. read more

Very disappointed! The first time I went for a pink & white fill, it was obvious that the young lady was very inexperienced as she was coached several times and I ended up with half my nail being white which looked really odd, but I figured it would grow out and I knew she was new and didn't want to throw her under the bus. So, I needed a pink fill the other day. I got the same girl and this time she didn't properly mix the pink and I ended up with some of the nails sherbert clown pink and others with nearly no pink at all. I went back the next day and showed the owner and he said that I could come back today and they would re-due them. I went in for my appointment....sat there for 20 minutes while they took other ''paying'' customers, one even being a walk in. He said only few more minutes... well he said that when I walked in. So, needless to say, I had a few words and walked out. A TOTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL. There are tons of nail places out there and I guess my average $1,000.00 in services a year wasn't worth it to them. read more

Nail not smooth after I left the salon, fill can be noticed it was not done by a professional, the growing part even after the fill done was still noticed. Had a broken nail doing the fill and next day was broken again at the same place. Went to repair and had to come back in one hour and half instead taking care of the situation right there they reschedule the repair of the nail, because I could not wait that long. read more
