The absolute worst place I've ever been to! We came in for very simple pedi cures with NO polish and it was a rip off at $35 AND my nails are now thin and brittle from the hack job she did "buffing" my nails but all she did was use a strong file to thin them down. They are completely uneven and 3 weeks out my nails still hurts from where she cut too deep. Look at all the other reviews, this place SUCKS!! Go to METRO NAILS OR VELVET NAILS ON US1 for a WAY BETTER JOB and they are way nicer than these rude bitches. read more

I've been going to Cali for over 5 years and they always do a great job with my dip it nails and pedicure ! Cali does my nails and Tammy my pedi! I've had others do my pedi that are also very good! They updated in 2020 so a very nice and relaxing ambience! They're the best and I'm picky ! Very friendly too! read more

I had a manicure done and it was the worst manicure I have ever had. I asked for an oval shape and I got square (there was no language misunderstanding as she repeated it back in English). She barely pushed back the cuticles, and on some she just went through the motion. The hand massage was less than 10 seconds on each hand. I have bubbles in my polish finish. Tony did my nails, he not only fixed the bulky "chiklet" like mess my nails were before but also tapered the acrylic coating on my natural nail to how I had wanted originally!! I also got a spa pedicure, and eyebrow wax-I am not sure which was my favorite..the amazing nails, or the FABULOUS job that the lady did on my eyebrows! I like the fact sometimes I bring a picture and sometimes I bring an idea, either way she puts her own spin on it, makes it her own and they always comes out great! I picked a color for my nails but unfortunately they were out, went with a different one instead. I liked that my nail tech kept asking if everything looked good and checked with me after each step. The worst gel and pedicure that I have ever had. There are too many issues to even address. She did not buff/file/cut the cuticles on my toes or my nails and when I asked her multiple times she was extremely rude or just ignored me. There is paint all over my fingers that she did not even bother to take off and the gel on my fingers is completely bumpy because she did not even bother to buff off the old gel that was on my nails. read more

I would say skip it if you can. Went in for manicure and pedicure and left after the pedi. For starters, the place is attached to a chinese restaurant. Kinda weird. They take you right away, and the prices are decent, but I didn't feel like the facility was very clean. They just took the implements out of a basket in the little station... No idea who else they were used on before me or how often they have been cleaned. Also, I REALLY REALLY hate when you can tell someone is talking about you in another language. Seriously, we're Americans, but we're not idiots. read more

Needless to say Paul the owner was fantastic, not only do they provide you with a professional nail service but they are very friendly as well. This is one of the first reviews I have left online. But I felt that I needed to make others aware. This was the worst manicure I've had in my life. I'm hoping that the man just was having a bad day and this isn't something normal for this salon. I just wanted my gel polish removed a nice manicure and my nails buffed natural. My nails were not filed evenly the pictures are of the day after and my nails are literally peeling and jagged. I understand that it is hard to get gel off but when he used a Dremel tool on the top of my nails after soaking them in a very long uncomfortably hot wrap to get off excess and then scraped them with a metal tool he proceeded to leave all that Gritty nail excess and put lotion on my hands to give me my hand and arm massage mixed with lotion and nail grit. Very uncomfortable. He did not clean underneath my nails. His own nails were all very jagged and dirty. Very unsociable staff all around. I tried to point out several issues during the manicure that he had to fix and I finally just gave up and wanted to get out of there. If they had spoken more English I would've complained and not even paid or at least gotten a discount but I just wanted to leave. read more

I had a mani pedi done here last April to treat myself for an upcoming cruise. The pedicure was okay, but the manicure was absolutely the worst experience I ever had. I wanted a gel manicure and was talked into a more expensive one. I had my nails done by a rude little man who was very rough and didn't even answer me when I asked questions. After he did a horrible job and made almost all my cuticles bleed, he stormed off and left one of the women to fix my nails. I told her that I was very unhappy about how my nails looked, and that I had burning from skin being rubbed off. She kept telling me to "come back" because she would do a good job. I was embarrassed to show my nails on the cruise due to the scabs and bumpy, uneven nails. I could have done a better job without going through this humiliating, painful, and expensive "manicure". I usually do my own gels, but I though this would be a nice, relaxing treat. Cali Nails only cares about making money and not about the customer service. STAY AWAY! read more
