They don't clean their instruments in between customers. They really use the two inserts. Half of the staff doesn't even speak English. No one told me that the dipping powder was going to make my Nails incredibly week. I only used it twice in two months. When I had the product removed from my nails, they were cut too short by the technician and the edges weren't rounded. What was left of my nail broke off down to the quick. Don't use the dipping powder, except maybe wants for a special occasion. read more

I've been coming here on and off for 2 years. Something has changed and I was treated like I was invisible today! I called at 9am to make appointment at 3:30. When I got there they acted like I didn't have appointment. Then I sat there for 1.5hr with my nails soaking in acetone. After my pedicure the confused receptionist sent me to a table and I left my stuff there so I could go to the bathroom. When I got back someone else was in my seat. They are obviously understaffed and unorganized. They actually let me pay for my toes and walk out with product still on my nails! I will never go there again! I went today to Posh Nails in Stuart to get a full set of ombre nails and a pedicure. This is my first time getting my nails done since quarantine and I'm so happy I returned. They did such a great job as always, plus the salon is super clean. They are definitely following the guidelines regarding masks and there is also hand sanitizer at every station. They were distancing the pedicure customers as well. I love that they use the disposable bags in the pedicure chairs because it definitely is more sanitary. This was my first visit here. Came in with my husband to get pedicures. I had made an appointment the previous evening for 11am. When we arrived at 11am they couldn't find my appointment and we weren't seated until 11:20. They asked if we wanted regular or deluxe pedicures. I told them I would be getting the deluxe ($45) but my husband would only be getting a regular pedicure($35). When I went to check out I was charged for two deluxe pedicures. I told the woman working the checkout that we had one regular and one deluxe. She said 'nope, you had two deluxe'. I told her I was disappointed because I thought we were clear about what we wanted. She just shrugged, said maybe the nail technicians misunderstood us, and charged me $90. My pedicure was nice and she did a good job painting my toes but not sure I'll be back. read more

My pedicure was AMAZING. Long massaging and toe nail polish look great! Very relaxing...But my manicure falls short and is not very good. First, I asked for a gel mani, but when I noticed he was doing a normal manicure, I just let it be. Maybe miscommunication on my end so I just dropped it, no biggie. I figured, I'll save a little on my budget with a cheaper service. But that wasn't even good. The cuticles are uneven and the polish doesn't even cover my full nail. The tech had trouble because the polish was thickening. I thought maybe, get a new bottle or offer a color similar to what I wanted? I've had manicures in the past and I guess I just expected more for a simple manicure. read more

Was recommended to come to this posh nails bra bra with the cheap decor on a beatiful Saturday morning after my haircut and although I did not have a appointment I walked in for a manicure and pedicure when was told to sit down, a sat there for 20 minutes and no-one approached me, extremely poor customer service, I got up and told the masked nail tech that I would call and make an appointment but did not bother went somewhere else. People there's hundreds of these places, far better service, price and atmosphere, what sit in a place and inhale that chemical, people wake up. Palm Beach atmosphere in Stuart!!! After being mid-treated by another nail salon I went down the road to see if this new salon was opened yet. It was! And to my surprise it is sooo beautiful! Mannnnn, are these students getting their hours in that I just paid full price to for a mani pedi? They cleaned my cuticles dry, and when I asked for water to soak my nails I was told they don't do that here. I had to supervise every part of my subpar manicure to make sure it came out half decent. When I asked for warmer water for my pedicure I was told "it doesn't get any warmer" What??? I know everyone deserves a chance to learn, but I was expecting so much more based on reviews and recommendations. There's nothing I hate more than buying the best pedicure they have and getting a rookie/student doing the job. The paint job on my toes actually turned out nice, hence 3 instead of 2 stars, but the process was rushed and subpar. At first they've been great. They are a lot more $$ than most. The last couple of times the fills haven't lasted like they should and have pulled away from the nails. But this last time, I've now had 3 nail fills literally pop off of my nails. I sent them pictures in an email and waited for a response and never got one. Very disappointed. But thanks to COVID everything started to chip and break off - to the point where I gave up, removed everything myself, and cut my nails super short. It looked awful!! Enter Posh Nails. They applied tips, dip, and a gel coating to bring my nails back to life. I love the results! I am **beyond** picky and my goal was as natural as possible. I had to go with a color to hide the tips that were applied but I still love how they look (light pink dip with one coat of gel opi #174 on top) Daniel was super patient with me and tweaked the shape and thickness until I was happy. read more

Buyer beware! How much are you willing to pay for "quality over quantity" in a nail set and toes... over $115 smh? The other original nail salon I was planning on going to could no longer accommodate me so I ended up having to find a nail salon a few days before attending a wedding. I have not been to the nail salon in years so I was unsure of what the going rate of prices, and after I saw the bill ($120) for my nails and toenails I was extremely shocked.... charging for shaping the nails (Z. Shape = $5.00) and apparently the pedicure shape (Z. addge1 = $15.00), which my toenails were already pre-cut before arriving to the salon. My friend had gotten her nails done in PSL, and practically got the same things I got done but even added nail art and she ended up paying $90. Overall, I am happy with the quality and shape of the nails, happy with the quality of the pedicure but not the scrubbing of calluses or the "soaking/massage", and pleasant employees, but the ridiculous extra charges and over-pricing will not be returning to that nail salon. read more

Mani was great. But pedi... the tech cut the nail on my big toe so short that I can't even step on my foot, it hurts so bad. I hope it heals quickly and won't cause any issues. read more

She did the MOST AMAZING pedicure I have gotten here in Stuart and I've lived here for 5 years and have gone to many places. Now for why I gave such little stars. Well let me first start off by saying the OWNER of the salon is rude and has no customer service experience. After my pedicure was finished Ann began to take off my fake nails that I had soaking during my pedicure and in the process of doing that he basically screamed at her with a complete attitude telling her to move to her station and finish. And for the OWNER of a company to speak to his employees that way in front of paying customers to keep his business open is a little on the side of lacking respect towards others. Prior to leaving I confronted him and told him that was completely unacceptable and rude and his reasoning for it was he wanted me to be more comfortable, (laughable) because you don't even know me, so don't tell me where I'll be comfortable at!!! read more
