I've gone there since the 1990s and the massages, especially with Claudia, are deep and good.

Had a horrible facial today. The woman, Linda, who did it was very rude and didn't do any extractions. She claimed I didn't need any but if you look at my skin you can see I clearly do. She basically just massaged my face for an hour. When I told the management I wasn't pleased and she was rude all they said was, "I can't comment on that." I have been going there for years and have spent thousands of dollars there but I will not be going back. Horrible experience and awful customer service after the fact. Very displeased. Update: Received a call from Tammy about my experience. She offered me a free facial to amend the review above. I had a great follow up experience with Claudia and was very pleased with the facial. I make a point of getting a massage from Claudia every time I am in town. A couple of years ago, I had no hair from cancer treatment, and Claudia basically gave a facial to my scalp.
