The past few months have been very stressful- life's challenges I suppose. One of my closest friends suggested I take a weekend retreat- so I booked a room at the Jupiter Beach Resort, but after the fact found out their Spa was closed for remodeling. What to do? My whole family has been having massages with Tiffani for at least the past year. She never lets us down. Tiffani can touch any part of your body and feel where there is inflammation or pain. She is the kindest, sweetest person but most importantly, she has many years of experience in her skill. I couldn't go anywhere else. She's also very good at letting you know if there's an opening in her schedule in case you'd like to use it. That's very useful when you're aching and haven't booked an appt. The receptionists are warm and friendly and the owner John, goes out of his way to ensure clients are happy. Very clean, professional and support staff is friendly and polite. There's many options in the area but we highly recommend Jupiter Massage and Pilates. Just got in from a 30 hour trip from Naples, Italy. Layovers and back and forth through customs with 5 heavy suitcases, left me in a complete spasm from head to toe. This is a place where everybody knows your name. Came to try a massage at this place and ended up signing on to a 15 session Pilates. They didn't push/sell me into it. I got curious about the place after an excellent massage. I'm a pretty shy and uncoordinated person who hates working out, so I thought I'd brave it out and try something new. The staff made me feel welcome and comfortable for both the massage and Pilates sessions. Started Pilates here about a month ago! I have always been very impressed with the professionalism and excellent customer service every time I come for my pilates session. I am always greeted and the instructors offer me guidance and tips to improve my form and skill level. I am new to Pilates and I truly enjoy using the reformer & pilates equipment. Love this place! I've now been here three times. My first two sessions were 60 minutes, and I just went for a 90 minute deep tissue massage this weekend. I work out hard, so my back, neck, and legs take a beating and I feel completely relaxed and restored when I leave here. Everyone is super friendly, it's clean, they are always on time, and I now book my follow up appointment before I leave. Between the deep tissue techniques, and the hot stones, it's heaven. Just started Pilates about a month ago. My wife loved it so much that she was able to convince me to join her. John made it very easy for me to learn a new routine without feeling intimidated. It is very hands-on training. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and motivating. My wife and I can workout together, even though we are at different levels of flexibility. I can't give it enough stars! This place is so incredible! They are warm and welcoming and they treat you like family from the moment you walk in. And it is so clean and well equipped. I was visiting from LA and I walked in with my body feeling beat up and unbalanced from the stress of my father being diagnosed with terminal cancer. I was a wreck. But when I left there I had a new body that felt 20 years younger! Being that I am a certified Pilates instructor I worked out independently but Samya, an instructor who immediately introduced herself and has the most upbeat, positive energy kept coming over to me and giving me tips to make my work out even better. Then she offered me a 15 minute massage in between her clients which really helped loosen up my muscles and took the stress right out of me. Afterwards the friendly owner John with his mid-western warmth and hospitality offered to stretch me. Heaven on earth! Everyone in the entire studio was so friendly and introduced themselves to me. I have worked out around the world in different Pilates studios and this is the most special one I have ever visited. These are people that really care. I am so happy I found this gem of a place!
