They take up all the space & I know they have to make a living but it's just full of really elderly people & the trainer Jill Dearmin is NOT a RN. Check the Florida Board of Nursing for Martin County & her name & Nursing # do not come up. I know a few trainers that have to be on steroids. After being out of the States seeing the steroid people are easy to point out. Some of the people still think tans are in & I see so many people there who look much older due to excessive tanning. The front desk people are very nice but I feel like I am in a time warp with all the tan, steroid people. That look with the fake nails, tans & muscles due to steroids. They have no idea how this look has been out for 15 years. Next they will be offering Ozempic. Main side effect of that injection is Thyroid Cancer. I feel bad for the people who will pass away from putting chemicals in their bodies. I did notice many of the same trainers so maybe the owner is a good guy to work for. No photos b/c I train when I go to the gym, not take photos of myself. I never saw anything like that. Next trip to the States I will be in Lake Worth & just go to the LA Fitness.

The therapist was intense, focused on my upper back, shoulders, and neck as requested, and even did a lovely cupping routine. She would not lighten her pressure when I asked, but her technique was effective and I left feeling better. Just know going in that communication in the rooms is limited. They tend to work the way they want to work. My second visit is why I am leaving a mediocre review. I came in specifically requesting upper back and neck only, as I am dealing with numbness and tingling in my hand and know my neck is out of alignment. I said this at the start and repeated it during the session. Instead, the therapist began with my hips, moved to my legs and feet, and spent more time on my lower body. She did some decent shoulder work, but in a 30 minute massage I would estimate only about 10 minutes were spent on the area I specifically asked for. Twice. Additionally, and I hate to say this, but there was a soft burping during the session with a strong food odor following, that made it difficult to relax. I do not want to write this place off entirely because visit one showed real skill. It seems very clean and the rooms are quite well done. But if you have a specific area of concern or an injury, be aware that your requests may not be honored. For a general relaxation massage you may have a better experience.

One staff member, Lance, who called himself a doctor but is actually an APRN, yelled at me and made fun of me when I said I wasn't feeling well. The facility forced me to stay the full 21 days before arranging transportation back to Miami, even though I explained I had no money for a ride. It was clear that my financial situation was being used against me -- they only arranged an Uber after 21 days, and the process was stressful and humiliating. I was also mocked for taking Xanax for anxiety, despite informing the admitting team about my medical history, including AFib (Atrial Fibrillation). My therapist even said she could not help me because all my issues were medical, leaving me with no mental health support -- only stress and aggravation. This facility appears to prioritize money over patient care. I urge anyone considering it to be cautious -- patients deserve respectful, professional care, not exploitation or neglect.
