Love the aesthetic they've created behind such a busy road. I appreciated the open bay door AND outdoor pallets for people who want to practice under the sun and shade. The owner and the instructor were both really welcoming and put all of us 1st-time visitors at ease. The place is clean, and Danice (yogi) emphasized that all their materials are sanitized. They've got the floor taped off for spacing, and of course it smells calming and peaceful throughout. It's not a big studio, so I'm curious if spots fill up in most classes. I will be back! They have a website to reserve a spot and pay in advance. They may be on the more pricey side, but I honestly have no comparison.

There is a class for everyone, whether you're new to practicing yoga or you've been practicing for years. For people new to yoga, I know it can be intimidating to go to a new place or try something new, that was me the first time going here. I had no idea what I was doing. I'd never practiced yoga before, but as soon as I walked in the door I was met with kindness and warmth. This genuine kindness and warmth felt good, it felt safe. It felt safe for me to explore something new. So if you're newer to yoga or never tried it before but heard it could be helpful or you're just curious I would suggest showing up here, come to Kula. You will be met with that same genuine warmth and kindness that I experienced 4 years ago and still experience every time I walk through those doors.

We wake up on a Saturday morning and drive 20 minutes and the INSTRUCTOR DOESNT SHOW! There were 7 of us waiting in the parking lot and we could not get in touch with the owner or instructor. Apparently, according to other clients in the parking lot, this is a regular occurrence. PB athletic wear and yoga frequently cuts classes on the day of or simply no shows. This is just terrible for business and very disappointing. ---------------------------------------------------- So FUN! The clothes here are adorable!!! And the yoga experiences are fun and different. I've done an aerial class and a Buti class. The latter was unique and fun, and the most challenging class I've taken for yoga. I love the energy, the people, the schedule times, the location, and the commitment to a scientific approach. 10/10 would recommend

Carol is a very pure spirit and a very gentle soul. She is very accepting of all walks of life and all levels of expertise. It feels so wonderful to take that rewarding dip in the ocean after class and socialize with the Carol and the other students after class. I would highly recommend the beach yoga class to nature lovers and outdoorsy types. I always feel a sense of wellness and balance after the experience, and since Carol is such a beautiful person, it is always a pleasure to enjoy her energy. I recommend bringing an oversized beach towel vs. a yoga mat, some wrap-around type sunglasses (like Oakley's), and some drinking water. i also advise people to wear a bathing suit under their yoga attire and apply sunscreen in advance. They take up all the space & I know they have to make a living but it's just full of really elderly people & the trainer Jill Dearmin is NOT a RN. Check the Florida Board of Nursing for Martin County & her name & Nursing # do not come up. I know a few trainers that have to be on steroids. After being out of the States seeing the steroid people are easy to point out. Some of the people still think tans are in & I see so many people there who look much older due to excessive tanning. The front desk people are very nice but I feel like I am in a time warp with all the tan, steroid people. That look with the fake nails, tans & muscles due to steroids. They have no idea how this look has been out for 15 years. Next they will be offering Ozempic. Main side effect of that injection is Thyroid Cancer. I feel bad for the people who will pass away from putting chemicals in their bodies. I did notice many of the same trainers so maybe the owner is a good guy to work for. No photos b/c I train when I go to the gym, not take photos of myself. I never saw anything like that. Next trip to the States I will be in Lake Worth & just go to the LA Fitness.

The staff is always so nice and greet you when you walk in and the admission is FREE unless you'd like to make a donation which is greatly appreciated and helps the local turtles and sea life. Kids will have a great time! They even have a children's play area on the upper deck. Very interactive! The outside area is shaded with canopy's and has many tanks filled with turtles, sharks, fish, and stingrays. It's amazing to see and get up close with the beautiful creatures God has created. They have guided tours and there are many volunteers near the tanks to answer all your questions. Very nice, dedicated crew. My favorite is the gift shop. It has a bit of everything you could want and makes a perfect place to get gifts and souvenirs for your family, friends, and yourself. I got a beautiful necklace, a beautiful collar and leash for my puppy back home, and a postcard for my friend. Everything is priced really fairly and it is a donation to help the turtles at the marine life center. I would recommend getting there early or when they open. Parking is HORRENDOUS. It always is usually especially with spring break. You might be waiting awhile for a parking spot. If you see someone starting to leave or backing out wait behind them and give them room to back out and then pull in to their spot. Parking is the only thing that's stressful but you can eventually get a spot. This is a must visit place for the whole family. I love Loggerhead!

The preserve is surrounded by California like beach rocks and is the home to protected wildlife, available for viewing. If you're interested in activities or to donate to the preserve, there is a small office where more information is available. The beach is just a few miles away. Parking is easily accessible and free. I was pleasantly surprised by the beach itself. It was clean and free of sea weed. Sea shells were abundant here and littered the floor leading into the water. Water shoes are highly recommended! There were many sea shell collectors walking the shoreline, gathering their favorite ones. We had a great day here and can't wait to visit again!

North County District Park is a 82-acre athletic and recreation complex. It is located on 117th Court North near the city's tennis center. The sprawling park includes seven lighted multi-purpose fields, two open fields, a splash pad, nature trail and walking areas, three pavilions, two playgrounds, gravity rail and 23.6 acres of preserve. it is the largest athletic complex in the area and has more than 600 parking spots. The pristine athletic fields make this park ideal for team sports but children will also love cooling off at the splash pad and playing at the ninja styled shade covered playground. My favorite part of the park was the nature trail. I just wish it had parking closer to the entrance. The field next to trail is under construction so I am excited to see what will be added to the park next.

This park is big!…read more In the front is the fire department and a lot of boat trailer parking, with 2 or 3 loading docks for boats,etc.. In the middle is the (wonderful!) Loxahatchee River Center. I had never been farther than here, until recently. It is worth checking out! Behind the Center is a large parking lot with several secluded spots with picnic tables that sit along the River, a large covered pavilion that is rentable, a lot of what looks like horseshoe tossing stations, a volleyball court (without a net), a sweet little playground, and nice public bathrooms. The playground here is great - rarely busy, it has just enough different elements to keep it fun, plus swings. It is shady, with a lovely waterfront breeze, and benches for adults to sit on. While it is not fenced in, it is connected to a picnic area and generally feels pretty secluded. When the playground gets old, my kids and I walked towards the public docks. There is a paddleboard renting structure there, where you can rent one by using a credit card, but the lifejackets are pretty sun-worn-out. Really cool concept though! My kids like to walk out on the docks and check out the boats that frequent this area. There is also a kayak entrance where they can get their feet wet next to the mangroves. After hitting up this area and back in my car, I finally drove the loop behind the Center. It is all waterfront, with little covered picnic spots and river access for those with kayaks or canoes. What perfect spots for a gathering or hangout. These are almost hidden, as the road loops one way and parking is all in the grass.

The park was named for Burt who was a lifelong resident of the area. The 35.55 acre park that bears his name spans both sides of US Highway 1. The main attraction of the park is the Loxahatchee River Center which has aquariums and interactive exhibits. Unfortunately it was closed on our visit. There is also a nature area out back. If you are a boater or fisherman you can do both recreational activities here. There are boat ramps and canoe and kayak launches. 2,000 feet ofthe park is on the intracoastal. There is also a playground, sand volleyball court, picnic pavilion, picnic tables, grills, and a restroom. I think that it is really nice that Jupiter decided to honor Burt by naming a park for him. He gave a lot back to his community and although he is no longer with us his presence still looms large in the town that he loved.
