The studio is gorgeous, clean, and has a lovely little shop with fun finds, prepared food, and smoothies. They use Manduka mats and blocks, which are simply the best in the industry, and you can rent or bring your own mat and towel. The teacher, Alina, was confident and wonderfully cued throughout the Vinyasa class. She kept the focus where it belongs, on the practice itself, without filling the room with philosophical monologues. That made all the difference in being able to truly go inward and stay present with my breath. The studio also has a beautiful full length mirror wall, which is fantastic if you like to check your alignment. Parking is available at the studio, though I found a spot down the street with no trouble at all. The room temperature was a touch mild for my personal taste, but I still worked up a solid sweat and reached for my hand towel more than once! Everyone there was genuinely warm and welcoming, and the whole aesthetic is just beautiful. Nothing cookie cutter about it. Bespoke, intentional, and a total vibe. This one is worth your time.

Another long overdue review!…read more Joi is WONDERFUL! She isn't just a massage therapist; she deeply understands the body/mind connection and applies this in her practice. On a whim (and a with very strained back), I found her number. She was able to get me in that day, which was fortunate for me but not necessarily the norm. I carry so much trauma in my body and really needed someone who understood this and how to help me release. Joi was able to do this, and provided such a safe and compassionate space for this release. Up until the holidays, I was seeing her once a month to continue the release. I need to get back to her soon (and will). I highly recommend booking a session with Joi. Her kind presence alone is naturally soothing, and you may find yourself on a helpful maintenance journey for your body and mind.

Some areas got more pressure than others and it was all just what each muscle group needed. I even went back the next day for a detailed session releasing my psoas. My hip range of motion is much better after only 40 min of focus on the psoas and hip area and my low back is feeling so much more free. Did I mention that I am a retired deep, therapeutic massage therapist who used to teach anatomy? Joi's massage was just what I've been needing.
