I am very inexperienced at yoga, but this place was great! The instructor, Carolyne, was so calming and very welcoming. And the front desk folks were all so kind. It was also very clean. I was impressed how they clean the room and floors up between classes and sanitize the equipment. If I lived here, I would come back and become a regular. But for now, I'll have to check out the location in Virginia where I live and hope that it lives up to the standard the Palm Beach Gardens location has set. read more

I have never had a more fantastic yoga experience than at YogaSix. Really, truly. I've been practicing yoga for 18-years and have done so in several different big cities, including NYC where there are lots of options, and YogaSix takes the cake. They really do an incredible job of providing a wholistic experience and it's more than "just" a yoga studio. Let's start with the most important part - the actual practice itself. The teachers are phenomenal! They are passionate, fun, and engaging. They aren't just dishing out the same old routine they've run through a hundred times. My personal favorites are Heather and Eve (and I would be devastated if either of them left), but all the teachers are awesome. Every class is different, as in, every Slow Flow will be different, every Restore will be different, every Power will be different, etc... so you will never plateau. It keeps you present and focused in each practice because you haven't memorized the routine from the last practice. And the actual environment within the studio is amazing too. The music is well paired to the pace of the practice, the lights change colors (not like a nightclub, but appropriately paced to the practice too), and the temperature is hotter/cooler depending on which class you've chosen. But really, in all of it, it's how the instructors deliver the practice. It feels so embracing and welcoming and truly judgement-free. And when Heather ends the session with, "I see you. I hear you. You are perfect and whole exactly as you are. I value you." I mean c'mon... can any more amazing words be spoken to you? I mean, you leave the studio blissed out from the practice and your heart bursting knowing you are valued. And there's something for everyone... from the 101 classes to the Hot classes ... to everything in between... even something called "Sculpt n Flow", which uses weights through your Vinyasa so you get a yoga sesh and a lifting routing combo'd together. Very innovative. The studio is very well equipped. All you need to bring is your mat, your water bottle, a towel (and lord will you sweat!!), and of course a positive attitude. All the props you need are there (blocks, bolsters, weights, straps). And there's a very high-end water filtration system, lockers, and the bathroom is well stocked with hair ties and little things to make you feel welcome. And since it's still COVID times... I am remiss at not having mentioned sooner that it's CLEAN. Everything is clean. There are wipes for everything and they steam clean the props and wipe everything down in between every class. If you linger after class, there's a cute little boutique if you want some Y6 swag, have been wanting new pants but haven't had a chance to get to the mall, or just need a new mat. Of course, there's the Y6 app to make scheduling easy, and they are very easy to communicate with via SMS if you need to cancel last minute for whatever reason, or go on hold due to travel. I highly recommend this PBG location and hope you have as transformative an experience as I've had. Namaste! read more

I moved here recently from up north. I left behind Medwell Health & Yoga, which I loved. I loved the yoga practice, the instructors, the environment, people, and Dunkin Donuts was two stores down. When I moved to Jupiter, I was searching for that same feeling with a Yoga shop, and I found it at YogaSix in Palm Beach Gardens. Even better they had a Dunkin Donuts a few shops down (haha). I love that Diana at the front desk knows my name when I walk in, I'm always greeted with a friendly hello. Yogi "D" is just one of the fantastic instructors (I don't want to leave anyone else out). The owners aren't so hung up on nickel and diming you.... I forgot my yoga mat towel and the owner let me use one of theirs at no charge. They are also flexible when you buy a package and can't use it within the allotted time frame, they are good about extending it. YogaSix iss a very, very client-friendly shop. I hope it stays that way. read more
