Due to the lack of parking I had to circle around and this caused me to arrive 7 minutes late to the class. The rude attendant at the front insisted that the teacher would not allow me in. But I know so many times I have seen people enter way beyond the 7-10 minutes. She stood there and argued with me and instead of letting me in. This behavior is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been attending class all over during my work travel to cities including New York, Miami. It is the gym's responsibility to provide parking and the fact that they don't even validate should mitigate a 7-10 minute grace period. The same girl at the front didn't care that I would leave this review. Also later that day I made it to a class and noticed a woman walked in 7 minutes late with no issue.

The…read moreclass size can fit about 10-15 comfortably, but our class had about 5 with the instructor included. I love the studio layout & that the mats are included. Beth Botlz is the owner and was the instructor for this session. She is super nice, I enjoyed learning how she opened this studio and her personal fitness journey. The other classes offered are, Barre, Yoga, TRX, and regular Body Sculpt. There is free street parking and a parking lot behind the studio. All first come first served of course so be mindful of your timing so you won't be late to class while looking for parking. All you need to bring is water + a sweat towel.

Do bring some yoga socks because the mats they have there are shorter than normal so you'll be partially on the wood floor. I had assumed we would be using the barre because of the name of the class but instead we did some kinda tough (for moi) vinyasa flows - think 3 sets of 10 pushups, many more squats and crunches - including hand weight work. I had been expecting Enya and essential oil but got Black Eyed Peas and tricep dips. Not complaining, the workout kicked my butt but just know where your head should be at before you go in.
