I'm devoted to exercising, and do everything from running and HIIT, to barre and traditional Pilates reformer - however my ideal goal is to combine resistance exercise with cardio in a single workout. I'd heard great things about the megaformer (from friends in CA and NYC), and was excited to try it. This class does not disappoint! It's a perfect combination of extremely effective butt kicking toning / strengthening and cardio in a 50 minute package. I like to think I'm fairly fit and strong, but this class really challenged me (although I like that you can take it at your own pace, so there's no pressure to keep up with anyone else). I also like that the megaformer machine is providing the same benefits as a traditional reformer in correcting / aligning your body. The studio is a great space, and the two instructors I've had so far are excellent. They take the time to explain each exercise, and spend time with each student to correct where needed. It helps that there is only 10 machines in the class, so it feels very personalized. In summary - I'm loving it! read more

I can't even begin to list all the reasons why I think this method, this machine and our bodies are a perfect match. But, the #1 reason why I personally love Lagree is because it's a challenge. I love that "hell, yea!!!" kick ass feeling you get after a killer Lagree class. I find that even after 2 1/2 years of teaching and taking regular classes my body and my mind crave that unmistakable burn and shake that only the megaformer and the Lagree method can provide. Core Evolution is the best work out that I have ever done! I used to dread exercising in the past, but I look forward to Core Evolution classes so much that I even drag myself out of bed at 8 am on Saturdays ready to sweat. The actual workout is low impact - but intense, you feel it for days after and you can tell during the class that its definitely working! The studio is beautiful and welcoming and the staff is SO helpful and makes you feel at home. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone looking to get in shape in a fast and fun way. If you want to tone and get the body you always wanted, give Core evolution a try. I'm visiting my mom from California and wanted to workout while I'm here. I found Core evolution a bit too late but so glad I gave it a try. I have tried pilates on reformers, yoga, aerial yoga, and HIIT but core evolution is something else. Kicking my butt ten minutes into the workout. Nicole is amazing and very good at what she does. I'm glad that she taught my class. She gives you that push and motivation that you needed. One visit to Core Evolution is all it took for me. The instructors are so nice and inviting. The studio and equipment is clean and well laid out. The workout is perfect in all respects - you get an instructor who designs a unique sequence everytime you go, you get hands on adjustments and suggestions as needed and 50 minutes seems to be the ideal time to get an intense workout in, while still being able to complete. I love that I finally found a place where I am comfortable and challenged all at the same time. I felt like I never fit in to other boutique fitness studios. After taking Kerry's Level 1 class, it really hit home for me - I had found my TRIBE! My absolute favorite way to sweat and workout!!!! The Lagree Method is a low impact, full body, total strength training and muscle toning workout done on the Megaformer, and it is no joke. I have been doing this workout consistently for over a year now and never once has it gotten easier. I've gotten stronger for sure, but I leave every single workout dripping in sweat and feeling AMAZING! As a brand new mom I am trying to loose the baby weight. I can surely see that if I keep this up it will come off quickly. I am so happy that I tried this gym. One of the best workouts that I have done in a long time. I love using the Pilates reformer and thought that the megaformer would be similar. Not at all! The megaformer is a total body work. I've been coming here for about three months and I am addicted! I swear my butt has never looked better and I just had a baby five months ago! I am always challenged by the workouts and have gained so much strength! The instructors are also awesome bringing in their own unique background and personalities into the class! Really challenging workout that targets your whole body in less than an hour. You will definitely be sore after but that just lets you know you worked hard. Getting the hang of the moves at first can be a little challenging so I would definitely recommend taking a few classes before you decide if you love it or hate it. I have taken two classes so far and both instructors were great at engaging with everyone and making sure questions and concerns were answered. Looking forward to my next class! read more

Core Evolution is an amazing studio. It has a wonderful location conveniently located off PGA Blvd not far from I-95 or the turnpike. The space is great and a variety of classes to choose from. The studio is always clean, with a water cooler or bottled water for purchase. The instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable. Without question the best workout I've found to date. Being someone who as done everything from yoga and core fusion type classes to boot camp and body pump weight classes I can unequivocally say that this is the best workout there is. The studio is very clean, the megaformers are easy to use, there is a small class size (7-10 people), which allows for easier instruction and personalized attention. Worth every penny! read more

My favorite workout ever! The results I am seeing after just a couple weeks are better than anything I have tried so far. All of the instructors are very encouraging and helpful. I am usually a person who can't find the motivation to go to a class or the gym but this keeps me coming back 5 times a week. I signed up as a new client but I will be joining when my month is over. I have been a athlete/big exerciser my entire life and the classes at Core Evolution are so amazing...I'm definitely hooked!
