Some days are better than others, of course but for the most part, the locker rooms remain clean and are frequently replenished with towels. The gym floor itself is well equipped with plenty of high-end techno gym equipment. Lots of squat, racks, treadmills, and two separate dumbbell areas. Not the biggest, but definitely a good place to get any kind of workout completed. There are many classes available, including on the gym floor and the studio spaces. I have yet to take full advantage of this, but the few classes that I have participated in, have been well done. The quality, of course, heavily depends on the trainer, but so far I have had no complaints. They have Pickleball set up as well with I believe 3 quarts though I have never used them myself. Personally, I would love if they had even a portable basketball hoop in one corner that could be used from time to time as I'm not the biggest Pickleball player. But I understand, that is very much a personal preference. There is also a rooftop with a pool where on occasion they have events. Nice enough escape in the middle of the city, but it is on the smaller side. Many of the employees they are also wonderful. Rudo comes to mind; he is always friendly and helpful. Overall, it is pricey, but if you take full advantage, it can be a wonderful addition to your daily routine. If you can swing the payments, then I would definitely recommend it.

This shopping center looks new so this studio is sparkling. I booked a flow 1 on a weekday and the class was packed. They do things a little different in Florida than they do in Dallas. You are able to check in on the app. When you arrive there is a dry erase board to tell you what springs to use, and any additional equipment needed. Cubbies for your stuff are located at the front so drop your stuff off and find a reformer. The workout is about the same. You get a full body workout starting with legs. Follow the instructors lead. They are able to offer modifications during the class. Club Pilates will spoil you, but it does come at a price. They sell swag and I own a lot of CP apparel. It's so cute! Download the CP app, book a class and do not forget your grippy socks!
