The environment is incredibly inviting and full of like-minded, positive individuals who are all there to better themselves. No cliques, no side-eye just genuine people from all walks of life showing up and putting in the work. As for the trainers and workouts, I can't say enough good things. Each trainer brings their own style, every session is different, and I'm constantly learning something new. I've been a member for almost a month now, and this place and the people have genuinely changed my life.
