We got phenomenal results in a short period of time, and genuinely looked forward to talking to him while working out. He motivated us to be our best selves in and out of the gym. It is obvious the owner could care less about the facility, Shea was the glue that stuck the gym together. The AC is constantly broken and warm, the music makes my ears bleed, the Wi-Fi is always out. I'm afraid to see what the future holds for this gym.

Upgraded to the black card because of the extra benefits you get but every single time I go to the location in Jupiter off military Trail there is no one at the front desk, which means you can't check in for any of the black card amenities. This never happens at any other Planet Fitness I have ever been to. I would understand if it was off hours and a person had run to the bathroom, but it's consistent and during the main hours of business, even during the weekend when the location is open with limited hours. Frustrating to say the least. So I find myself waiting at the front like an idiot, and when no one comes back, I just end up driving to Indiantown Road and go to that planet fitness.

The environment is incredibly inviting and full of like-minded, positive individuals who are all there to better themselves. No cliques, no side-eye just genuine people from all walks of life showing up and putting in the work. As for the trainers and workouts, I can't say enough good things. Each trainer brings their own style, every session is different, and I'm constantly learning something new. I've been a member for almost a month now, and this place and the people have genuinely changed my life. Not only have I regained the strength I lost while recovering, but my confidence inside and outside the gym has grown tremendously. I wake up happy and ready to take on the day. Some days are better than others, of course but for the most part, the locker rooms remain clean and are frequently replenished with towels. The gym floor itself is well equipped with plenty of high-end techno gym equipment. Lots of squat, racks, treadmills, and two separate dumbbell areas. Not the biggest, but definitely a good place to get any kind of workout completed. There are many classes available, including on the gym floor and the studio spaces. I have yet to take full advantage of this, but the few classes that I have participated in, have been well done. The quality, of course, heavily depends on the trainer, but so far I have had no complaints. They have Pickleball set up as well with I believe 3 quarts though I have never used them myself. Personally, I would love if they had even a portable basketball hoop in one corner that could be used from time to time as I'm not the biggest Pickleball player. But I understand, that is very much a personal preference. There is also a rooftop with a pool where on occasion they have events. Nice enough escape in the middle of the city, but it is on the smaller side. Many of the employees they are also wonderful. Rudo comes to mind; he is always friendly and helpful. Overall, it is pricey, but if you take full advantage, it can be a wonderful addition to your daily routine. If you can swing the payments, then I would definitely recommend it.

But, they recently added an area that allows more Crossfit workouts, i.e., box jumps, sled drags, and such. Are you going to get something that a bigger club has, like a basketball court, swimming pool, and such nope. But you get the personalization of the owner being there, the staff knowing who you are when you visit, and it is not overcrowded. The staff consistently exceeds expectations and is very personable when I am there. If you want a more personalized experience instead of your average overcrowded gym, give them a try.

I say if you have the money then the lifetime fitness or palm beach sports club is worth your money. They tried to charge me $5 for a towel but I complained and they waived the fee as a one time exception.
