I have been coming to Jupiter/PBG pretty consistently for several months now, and I can see transformation physically. It has also become a place of sanctuary for me if you will. The classes are tough for my skill set but at the same time they don't judge you if your a beginner or never have taken barre, yoga or cardio classes. I was expecting some sort of dance class but it is unique because they add elements of cardio and yoga in it. So far I have had the pleasure of taking Fabiana's class over the weekend.
