You will find their helpful and friendly staff (Arthur and Jonathan) frequently cleaning equipment and the facility and always checking to make sure everything is in well working order inside and out! Nicole has quite literally transformed my body as my trainer for close to a year now. She is so talented in knowing the needs of a woman's body both physically and physiologically. Before working with her I was close to giving up on the fact that I would be able to look better than I had in my formative years as an adult. Since then she has quite literally been able to sculpt me from head to toe pin pointing areas that need help and honing in on them. To be quite honest I'm not sure how she does it. Magic possibly. I was greeted upon entering and given a quick tour of the space and a rundown of how the classes would work with knowing that we start the class with a stretch each day and then the fitness instructor goes through each of the stations explaining what each move is and also says that if there's any confusion, there's also a whiteboard that list out the exercise. Since it was my first class the instructor paired me with someone who has been going for a while since every station is partnered. It was about 10 stations and the class took 60 minutes in total, including the warm-up and cool down at the end. I definitely was happy with the overall class because you're able to customize the weights to what your goals are and what your abilities is there was people of all ages in the class and everyone was super friendly and willing to help out if I didn't understand how to perform a exercise or if I needed assistance in my form. The bathroom and shower facilities were super clean and definitely is a great plus since you do catch a sweat during this class!

On August 31, I went in person to freeze my membership while trying another gym. I confirmed both in person and over text that my monthly rate would be $9.63 from September through November. Instead, I was charged $62.84 in September, with another $62.84 pending for October--totaling $106.42 in overcharges if it posts. I've called at least seven times and sent multiple texts and emails. Staff told me only the regional manager can handle the reimbursement. The regional manager was supposed to reach out by phone but never called. I was then told they would email me, but that never happened either. I have no direct way to reach them. I've now requested cancellation and a waiver of the cancellation fee. Nothing has been resolved. I understand mistakes happen, but having to work this hard just to get help has completely changed how I feel about a gym I once loved. Before joining, please ask about the freeze and cancellation process. I went in person, got written confirmation, and repeatedly followed up--and I'm still trying to get this corrected.
