I love Hotworx! If you are someone who loves the sauna and yoga/isometric exercise, this place is a dream come true! I am almost always able to book a sauna to myself as I usually book during non-peak hours. The staff here is friendly and genuine. It's an intimate gym, so if you go daily, you see the same staff daily. I love that they just say hello to you and don't act fake or too excited to see you. I'm a fairly private person and prefer to just go in and do my workout without a lot of hoopla or conversation. It always feels clean here and I feel safe at night even during non-staffed hours. The saunas are hot but not so hot that you can't bring your items inside for safe keeping, including your phone. I've never had issue with the heat damaging anything. This workout is just so effective. Coupled with healthy eating, daily people are commenting on my weight loss and great skin. There's always parking and it's in a shopping center that has some businesses that compliment it, like a massage studio, a waxing studio, a plates studio and a Mediterranean restaurant with healthy options. Damn this place is legit I was definetely hesitant but totally sold now. The workouts are intense, hot and you can totally do what suits you so amp it up or modify. Staff and members are sooo friendly and I fit right in! Come check them out!! Open 24/7 and so many classes to choose from you definetely wont be bored. I love that you can book your appointment online and that there are just so many options plus free weights and a tower in the back. We called several times to cancel my account over a year ago. 1. you can't just cancel, they either make you pay a penalty or 2 month worth of monthly plan 2. even though someone said they canceled, they are still charging me 3. my wife has been trying to cancel as well and even though she was told it was done the person on the phone today said they have no notes and we have to come in to cancel This company are money grabbers. Maybe not for me? I found the rooms to not be tall people friendly. The moves where I stretched my arms upward in yoga, I hit the ceiling! And I'm just shy of 6ft... can't imagine a taller person going here! The rooms also aren't soundproof or sound minimizing. You can hear people talking, walking etc... I noted this and she said I could up the volume but meh. I also found it kind of isolating and boring. It's the same as working out from home but with heat. If you like the social atmosphere of a group fitness class, you don't feel that here. The instructors were a bit dull. You can find better on YouTube. I had the pleasure of meeting new GM Lexi after being out of the country and not using the facility I came to cancel. She took the time to understand my personal circumstances again being away next month and explained the options I had to work with rather than a straight out cancellation. Hotworx Boynton Beach has literally been my life line during COVID. This is the only place I go because I feel safe, and the workouts are by far the best thing I have ever done for myself. Signed up and was a little nervous about it because I'd never heard of anything like this and I wasn't sure how I would do working out in a sauna. The first day I went the GM Karissa was amazing and supportive of my own weight loss and fitness goals. Everyday I go in and everyone is so kind. They never had available Yoga rooms (except off hours) so i was never able to get into them. They keep pushing me to use the other sauna rooms for other things beside the Yoga room, which is what i signed up for (they also made me buy one of their mats saying theirs is the only one in the world that works in their hot yoga rooms). I had to cancel the membership because i could never find a free room, even checking in advance. They then charged me again after they advised i would not be charged after 60 days cancellation. No one answers any emails and when i tried calling was told i have to wait until the owner gets there to check emails. Funny how everyone is so friendly and cool when signing up, but for a situation such as charging me erroneously I wasn't treated so nice and have to wait who knows how long now!!! Not happy with this place at all with the way they handle situations such as these. Don't spend your money unless you like doing yoga at 3am or some crazy time when there is actually a Yoga room available. And they charge you $80 for a mat and a towel! This one isn't as good as others in my opinion. I usually go to the Orlando location. This location does not keep foam rollers in the saunas so I can't use one because I don't know where they are and I go during unstaffed hours. Also there are never paper towels or wet wipes like there are at my usual location. Also the people at this location do not wear masks outside the sauna and seem to not care at all. Overall I wish there was another one in boca or delray because this one kinda sucks. read more

As somebody who's been active in the fitness community since having my first daughter 14 years ago I've tried it all.. I get bored easily and tend to plateau. Competitive cross fitter for years, orange theory, slash, boot camps, Aerial yoga, member of multiple regular gyms. I also did bikram yoga for a year and I loved it, this gives me the same ring your clothes full of sweat effect in just 30 minutes, opposed to the 90 I spent in bikram. This last summer I found myself in my communities sauna with my bands and yoga Mat doing my own routines. I've always enjoyed working out in the heat (born and raised in soFla, running outdoors in the summer is one of my favorites) this last November scrolling down Facebook I saw an ad for HOTWORX , clicked on it and instantly inquired. It was everything I've been wanting! In the 10 days they've been opened I've been 9 in a row. No workout has ever had me going in on weekends, but the energy I get from HOTWORX is unmatched anywhere else. I even have my 14 year old daughter enrolled, who's no stranger to the fitness community and finds herself challenged during these workouts. Her favorite it the hot cycle, and having hated spinning myself she got me to try it our first ever class and I must admit, I'm now a fan. In just 15 minutes we left gassed!
