I have taken several private sessions so far and her instruction is elite. The reformer machines are a little different from others but I have learned are the most accurate to the truest form of Joseph Pilates, not to mention aesthetically pleasing and high quality. There are so many different apparatuses to explore, like the Cadillac and barrel. Every workout is different and challenging. I recommend Delfina and this studio if you want to hone in on the practice of Pilates through your form, technique, and the all important mind-body connection. She offers other group mat and reformer classes as well. Love everything about my experience at this studio plus it's supporting a local, woman- owned business.

Love the solid core vibe - the workout is done in a semi dark blue lit room and the music is always upbeat. My work meeting ran over and I was running about 5-mins late, which then turned into 10-minutes due to Delray traffic and construction . Thankfully I was able to refer to the parking instructions for this studio in the class pass app. There is parking lot tucked behind the studio. Be mindful you only have a 10-min grace period before your class reservation is cancelled. The class overall was great, the instructor was super informative, and it was clean! I wasn't a fan of no water breaks during the workout. So every time I stopped to grab some water, I would essentially miss instructions for the workout because I stepped away: Grip socks are required, I'm not too sure if any are for sell in case you forget but I'd imagine so.

Second, as a content creator, I asked if I could use the private session studio to film an ad for a protein powder brand. Given that I never received the private session I was promised, I thought this would be a reasonable accommodation. Instead, I was told that no recording was allowed, with no flexibility or solution offered. Finally and this was the breaking point I texted to pause my account before going out of state (which is how I originally signed up). While I was away and not using the studio at all, I continued to receive repeated messages asking for payment. When I explained the situation, instead of helping resolve it, I was told I hadn't paused "properly" and was still expected to pay and continued to harass me for payment. The lack of communication, flexibility, and basic customer support throughout this experience has been really frustrating. I would have appreciated a more understanding and solution-oriented approach, especially as a paying member who tried to communicate proactively.
