My work meeting ran over and I was running about 5-mins late, which then turned into 10-minutes due to Delray traffic and construction . Thankfully I was able to refer to the parking instructions for this studio in the class pass app. There is parking lot tucked behind the studio. Be mindful you only have a 10-min grace period before your class reservation is cancelled. The class overall was great, the instructor was super informative, and it was clean! I wasn't a fan of no water breaks during the workout. So every time I stopped to grab some water, I would essentially miss instructions for the workout because I stepped away: Grip socks are required, I'm not too sure if any are for sell in case you forget but I'd imagine so.

Given that I never received the private session I was promised, I thought this would be a reasonable accommodation. Instead, I was told that no recording was allowed, with no flexibility or solution offered. Finally and this was the breaking point I texted to pause my account before going out of state (which is how I originally signed up). While I was away and not using the studio at all, I continued to receive repeated messages asking for payment. When I explained the situation, instead of helping resolve it, I was told I hadn't paused "properly" and was still expected to pay and continued to harass me for payment. The lack of communication, flexibility, and basic customer support throughout this experience has been really frustrating. I would have appreciated a more understanding and solution-oriented approach, especially as a paying member who tried to communicate proactively.
