After hearing my friend go on and on about how great pilates is and how much she loves the instructors at Pilates of Palm Beach, I finally decided to check them out. I've been going two times a week for two months now and I'm totally in love. I went to this studio as someone who had never even attempted pilates and now I can't shut up about it. In just two months I am doing things that I never thought I'd be able to do. I have more energy. I'm more confident. I'm gaining muscle and toning up. It's awesome! All of the instructors are extremely nice and supportive. I can't say enough great things about this place. If you've ever thought of doing pilates, definitely check them out. I have taken several private sessions so far and her instruction is elite. The reformer machines are a little different from others but I have learned are the most accurate to the truest form of Joseph Pilates, not to mention aesthetically pleasing and high quality. There are so many different apparatuses to explore, like the Cadillac and barrel. Every workout is different and challenging. I recommend Delfina and this studio if you want to hone in on the practice of Pilates through your form, technique, and the all important mind-body connection. I've been a member for over two years. the assistance at the front…read moredesk are clueless to the point where they don't know you as a member or even try to get to know or put face to name to the point where you are charged for a no show when you in fact showed up to class. they switch instructors on the fly and reassign other instructors for class that are not good. you schedule a class with a good instructor to then show up to a switch that you were not informed about prior to class. now mind you if you don't cancel your class 12 hours in advance you get charged but they are allowed to switch to a no good instructor and you have to suck it up. they only have 3 instructors that are good during the morning hours. they don't have a variety of Pilates classes. they repeat the same classes every morning on every week day. lots of people have cancelled their membership here And left. while they tend to be a tad bit cheaper than newer studios it is t worth it. their classes used to be packed where you can't get in and now that's not the case. you won't get your money's worth. do not sign up here. I've been going here for two years and cancelled my membership. this place is a shit show and have gone down hill, you have been warned . don't do it. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

In September, I reached out again when I noticed that my status had not changed. I was asked to fill out a form to cancel and that there would be a fee. I never heard back from them on if the fee would be waivered but they did make sure to say that my account was cancelled. Now, in November I received an email informing me that my payment has failed to a membership that I don't have. I will be flagging this with my bank since you guys are thieves at this point for trying to take my money after cancelling twice. Update on my ankle and I am still recovering from it which prevents me from driving an hour to cancel in person.
