It's not your traditional Pilates, but focuses a lot on more exercise/strength resistance training. I always feel like I have the BEST workout at Solid Core. My work meeting ran over and I was running about 5-mins late, which then turned into 10-minutes due to Delray traffic and construction . Thankfully I was able to refer to the parking instructions for this studio in the class pass app. There is parking lot tucked behind the studio. Be mindful you only have a 10-min grace period before your class reservation is cancelled. The class overall was great, the instructor was super informative, and it was clean! I wasn't a fan of no water breaks during the workout. So every time I stopped to grab some water, I would essentially miss instructions for the workout because I stepped away: Grip socks are required, I'm not too sure if any are for sell in case you forget but I'd imagine so.
