This is an awesome facility and I truly enjoy spending time there. There's something for everyone no matter what your fitness goals are-- during my time as a member I've gone from "taking a break" from working out and doing a lot of yoga/relaxing and now currently getting back into a bodybuilding program. The gym offers a variety of equipment and I never have to improvise due to lack of equipment. I might be staying the obvious here, but if you are into powerlifting, I would probably go elsewhere. The cardio machines are brand new and really nice. The actual place itself is very clean. I feel totally comfortable showering in the locker room and they have everything you need- towels, body wash, lotion, razors, etc. The outdoor pool is really pretty and nice to relax at after a workout. Staff is super nice and helpful. I have yet to buy any food from the cafe but it looks good. Definitely some good options if you're in a bind or spending a long time there. I will gladly pay the extra $ to train in a clean and peaceful gym.

She informed guest passes are no longer allowed because theft at the gym was high and that the AC may not be working upstairs. After waiting for 10 minutes the other receptionist came back and said that no one was available to give a tour, even though there were two people at the front desk.

The kind of good that inspires and helps you to achieve maximum benefit. My father had been active all his life, but had heart surgery about a year ago. His doctors stressed the importance of working out, but he did not know where to begin and was getting quite sedentary. After doing scrupulous research, I was blessed to find Elie and his team. Since my dad began working with Elie, my father sometimes "forgets" to use his walker. :) His gait, strength, and overall movement are more self-assured and balanced, and he and the rest of the family are overjoyed. He started with once a week and now Elie and his team go to my father's house and work out with him three times a week. My father is a very strong personality, so the fact that he really loves and is completely comfortable with the whole team speaks volumes. They are SuperTrainer angels. They have a huge cardio selection of equipment I have never even seen before .. (sure beats boring old LA fitness shhh ) they have a room dedicated to just CrossFit which is pretty dope , and they have a small but tidy weight room . What was once a relatively relaxed, comfortable place to exercise now feels more like a loud nightclub than a professional fitness facility. The music is frequently played at an unnecessarily high volume, making it difficult to concentrate, decompress, or enjoy a peaceful workout. Instead of creating an environment that feels welcoming and restorative, the constant pounding club music gives the entire space a chaotic, overstimulating quality. The change goes beyond the music. There is now a noticeable coldness in the way the gym is operated. Interactions with management feel unnecessarily rigid and confrontational, and the overall attitude is less focused on hospitality and more focused on enforcing corporate policies without consideration for the customer. I originally joined under the previous ownership with the understanding that I could pay my $50 membership fee monthly. When an attempted automatic charge did not process, I went into the gym on the day the payment was due and offered to pay in person. I was told that no balance was showing in the system and that there was nothing I could pay at that time. A few days later, the gym attempted to charge me $80, including a $30 fee related to the declined transaction. I explained that I had come in on time and tried to pay, but their own system and staff had prevented me from doing so. I was also never clearly informed that the terms of my original agreement had changed or that a declined automatic payment would result in such a substantial additional charge. Rather than calmly addressing the contradiction, management became defensive and seemed more interested in justifying the fee than preserving a positive relationship with a paying member. That interaction reflected the larger problem with this gym: it no longer feels like a place designed for people who want to improve their health in a comfortable, respectful atmosphere. It feels loud, impersonal, tense, and increasingly unpleasant. Anyone looking for a polished, peaceful, mature fitness environment may want to visit during peak hours before committing to a membership. Listen to the volume of the music, observe the atmosphere, and pay attention to how management communicates with members. There are simply too many well-run gyms available to spend time and money somewhere that leaves you feeling more agitated when you leave than when you arrived.
