From the moment I walk in, the studio with the soft music playing melts away my week - and now I can focus on my health. The therapist, for the first meeting, always takes the time to ask about my problem areas and checks in on the pressure/process multiple times during the session. She always works on the knots and finds the spots where I need help most. I always walk out feeling completely relaxed, pain-free and able to turn my neck with no strain - such a relief and I am a dedicated customer as it is about my healing - not just a massage. I highly recommend Betz and her team to anyone - go, go, go!"

Some areas got more pressure than others and it was all just what each muscle group needed. I even went back the next day for a detailed session releasing my psoas. My hip range of motion is much better after only 40 min of focus on the psoas and hip area and my low back is feeling so much more free. Did I mention that I am a retired deep, therapeutic massage therapist who used to teach anatomy? Joi's massage was just what I've been needing.

Another long overdue review!…read more Joi is WONDERFUL! She isn't just a massage therapist; she deeply understands the body/mind connection and applies this in her practice. On a whim (and a with very strained back), I found her number. She was able to get me in that day, which was fortunate for me but not necessarily the norm. I carry so much trauma in my body and really needed someone who understood this and how to help me release. Joi was able to do this, and provided such a safe and compassionate space for this release. Up until the holidays, I was seeing her once a month to continue the release. I need to get back to her soon (and will). I highly recommend booking a session with Joi. Her kind presence alone is naturally soothing, and you may find yourself on a helpful maintenance journey for your body and mind.

I've been twice. First time was with Deborah and second time with Yulia. They are both phenomenal! They are strong, have been doing this long enough to understand how to tailor a massage to what your body needs, and have the strength to get in and work muscles, fascia, and attack those trigger points. I recently came in after having twisted my neck and it ended up in a funk for 4 days. I called and got in with Yulia, and when I left, I had rotation in my neck again! Wonderful massage. They are responsive and scheduling is a breeze. There is plenty of parking. If you need a massage in the area, and you don't see Deborah or Yulia, you are making a big mistake!
