My Tummy Tuck Experience! It has been more than a year since my abdominoplastic procedure and I am loving my new figure! It is one of the best investment I have made in improving my appearance. This positive outcome I owe it to my surgeon, Dr. Schnitt, who not only did an amazing job on my figure but also the care and the way he made me feel from the consultation and all the way through my healing process. Knowing that I could reach him anytime, if I needed him, gave me a sense of security and a peace of mind. I always have been a person who doesn't like to depend on others. I like to do everything on my own. For example, I do not ask anyone to take me to the airport, even if someone offers, I like to take Uber or a taxi. I also took an Uber when I had my Lasik eye surgery and my colonoscopy. I wanted to do the same thing when I had my Tummy Tuck, but Dr. Schnitt insisted that I need someone with me. Not only for my ride back home but also to watch over me during the recovery. I thought he was a little over protective, but I did as he indicated. Now I can tell you, he was 100% right, this procedure took every bit of self-control, independency, energy and pride out me. I was a total mess. I was not able to do anything on my own. I barely was able to walk with my curved posture. I couldn't laugh without feeling the pain in my abdominal muscles and having a Cuban man as partner didn't help, as he always is saying funny things. I was not able to cough either, but I discovered that if I had a little bottle of whisky me, I was able to immediately stop the urge to cough. I highly recommend the two weeks of recovery because I had hard time trying to hide the drain bulbs. If you are planning to go back to work before the drainers are out, think before the surgery what you are going to wear because you are not going to be able to go shopping. Finally, the compression garment, this is one of the most important thing to plan. I wish I would have known before my surgery to do this ahead of time. You are not going to be able to take it off or put it on without help. You are not going to be able to go shopping and buy another one that you could put on yourself. There so many out there. Almost all of them are uncomfortable and they do not fit as expected. I bought about 15 of them online trying to find one that would work for me. Keep in mind that every time you are trying one, it is painful, as these garments are very tight. My advice is, go before your surgery and try them on and buy a couple of them. It will save you money, time, and pain. Dr. Schnitt is a compassionate, knowledgeable, and competent surgeon. He will be there for you and he is the "Best Surgeon" ever! I cannot say enough about him, his office staff, and his impeccable surgical center. I highly recommend Inspire Cosmetic Surgery. In November 2022 I underwent three surgical procedures by "Dr." Drew Schnitt and all of them were done horrible. Schnitt should just shave off a little bit of my chin bone but instead he shaved off my WHOLE jaw bone including both mandibles!! He thinned them so much that it fractured on the right side. "Dr." Schnitt BROKE MY JAW! For the cat eye procedure, he damaged the temporal branch of the facial nerve weakening my left eyebrow and making it asymmetrical with the one on the right and left huge scars on my face. Finally, he did a very poor job for my earlobe reduction. We never discussed to shave off my mandibles at the consultation, he did it without my permission. Since then my life has become the biggest nightmare you can imagine. Since day 1 I felt something is wrong with my bite and I texted his office my concerns after I came home from surgery. "Dr." Schnitt left me with a broken jaw for almost 1 month, telling me it's just swelling. After that I went to a maxillofacial surgeon that was Schnitt's friend, who didn't do jaw surgery successfully after 2 attempts. I can't chew anymore, I ended up with deep overbite and crossbite nothing like it was before Schnitt BROKE MY JAW. I ended up spending around 250.000$ and more to fix Schnitt's mistakes and it still looks very bad. Every doctor I saw couldn't belived what happened to me. I fall into deep depression, I don't show my face in public anymore, I don't go anywhere for a year and a half now. Schnitt RUINED MY LIFE. I will have to do jaw surgery again, take off veneers that I payed 100.000$ because Schnitt's friend who did jaw surgery said veeners could fix my bite and they didn't. I will have to do joint replacement on the both sides because Schnitt shaved off almost my whole bone. In addition, I have a chin defect that looks like a double chin due to irregular bone and I need a new rhinoplasty as my nasal bone was altered by a nasotracheal tube during one of my jaw surgeries. I will be insecure untill the rest of my life. Surgeries with Schnitt completely ruined my life, I cry so much since all of this happened. From a nice looking woman I ended up with a completely bootched face, crooked jaw, horrible bite. I avoid public places and people in general. This situation ruined me completely. I wish I would never go to Schnitt, I still can't belive what he did to my face. P.S One of the best maxillofacial surgeons in USA said that the 80% of the bone is missing on the both sides and that is SHOOKING (he repeated this word couple of times) what Schnitt to me and that he get's chills everytime he thinks about my case. He is showing my case to other doctors as well and nobody can't belive what Schnitt did to me. My case became so complicated because is no bone and the bite is completely messed up. read more

TL;DR: I had a world-class experience with Dr. Crane and Inspire. I am 100% pleased with my experience and results, and I can not imagine a scenario where I'd be any happier. Dr. Crane is a talented surgeon who I trust. Surgery- January 2023 Procedures: Lipo 360 w/ Runevion. Lipo to neck and chin I had a vision of what I wanted; I needed a surgeon to partner in making that happen. Patient outcomes are improved when a doctor engages in professional development activities. I found the breadth of Dr. Crane's experience impressive. His background in reconstructive surgery and recent experience in a plastic surgery fellowship piqued my interest. He has an excellent bedside manner, actively listens, and his approach is consultative and empathetic. I was comfortable with Dr. Crane from the start. I felt assured that I was in skillful hands. I'm curious by nature, and Dr. Crane has always responded positively. He makes himself available to his patients. I leave each interaction feeling more knowledgeable and encouraged to reach out whenever. Erika V. was my patient coordinator, and I can not say enough great things about Erika! During the early stages - initial consultation to surgery day- Erika was my main point of contact. She coordinated visits and managed the lines of communication between myself, Dr. Crane, and even the physician who performed pre-op clearance. Erika was organized and attentive to details. She was timely in her responses and kept the process moving along swimmingly! Every single person I interacted with at Inspire was helpful and friendly. The nurse anesthetist called me the day before my surgery to explain the procedure, ask questions, and hold space for me to ask questions. I met staff in Delray and Ft. Lauderdale, and the experience was consistent. I followed Dr. Crane's pre and post-op orders closely. I did not deviate from his guidance. I decided to receive lymphatic massages as part of post-op care and worked with a recommended practitioner. In addition to regularly scheduled check-ins, I consulted with Dr. Crane whenever I had questions regarding my lymphatic treatments. It's been about 2 and a half months since the surgery. I love my results. They are 100% worth everything I put in- time and money. No hiccups or complications. I'm living for my results!! I would not change a single thing about my experience. Inspire is truly doing its name. It is a place where you can meet committed doctors and wonderful staff and get amazing results. I have recently had two procedures done with Dr. Mathew Goodwin. During consultation, he was very attentive and compassionate enough to identify exactly what I wanted; he explained benefits and side effects and what's involved in those procedures and its outcomes which I could make decisions based upon. His top priority was the safety of the patient with optimum outcome. From surgery day to post ops (up to three months now), his bedside manner has been consistent with understanding, respect, and commitment, and I have never felt that I was rushed. Dr. Goodwin is definitely an artist with god given hands! He seems detail-oriented and a perfectionist in terms of his work. Moreover, I am not only impressed by his technical competency but also by his interpersonal competency. He navigates the difficult and somewhat odd social interactions embedded in wearing a mask under Covid-19 pandemic. I haven't seen his face nor any of his staff so far, but I trusted them enough to lay myself down on the operating table. I feel compelled to share my absolutely devastating experience with Dr. Matthew Goodwin to warn others, especially young women. At just 19 years old, I trusted him with my first cosmetic surgery - a breast augmentation. My goal was very clear: "Barbie boobs," high and full, a desire I reiterated in no less than three pre-op meetings. Despite this, Dr. Goodwin opted to only perform an implant, seemingly ignoring the clear need for a lift as well. The results are heartbreakingly far from what I envisioned. Instead of "high and full," my breasts look like deflated balloons. I was incredibly unhappy. I went back to his office after the surgery, and with my mother present, Dr. Goodwin seemed nice. He acknowledged my dissatisfaction and actually offered a "huge discount" for a breast lift, promising his office would call me to arrange it. That call never came. When I finally reached out, I was shocked to receive a $9,000 bill for the next procedure, on top of the $8,000 I had already paid. When I called the office to speak with Dr. Goodwin about this exorbitant and unexpected cost, he was incredibly rude, raising his voice and yelling at both me and my mother. This has been an emotionally and financially draining ordeal. The lack of understanding, the unmet expectations, the deceptive billing, and the outright disrespectful behavior from Dr. Goodwin have made this a truly terrible experience. I strongly advise anyone considering cosmetic surgery to look elsewhere. "NIGHTMARE FROM HELL EXPERIENCE" INSPIRED AESTHETICS IS A SCAM! The service is lousy, their botox and fillers don't last. BEWARE THEY MAKE YOU SIGN DOCUMENTS ON AN IPAD YOU CAN BARELY READ AND DON'T EXPLAIN OR GIVE YOU COPIES OF WHAT YOU SIGN. We had a consultation with Christopher who recommended the products. We also noticed from the invoice that they are Sneaky, they added a product we did not discussed and got charged for it (Dysport). We had botox and fillers (Vollure XC, Restylane Kisse and Voluma XC). According to Chris all products should last a year to 2 years. We googled the products and they are to last Vollure 18mo, Restylane 6-8mo and Voluma 2years, unless the injected products are DILUTED, this did not cross our mind, so we thought we are good. To our surprise none the products lasted in 3 months, deducting the 1 month I suffered pain and lots of face bruising, the before and after face appearance was exactly the same. In total we spend close to $4,000.00. Anyone with this experience will will be very disappointed and ask for their money back. We did exactly that., but Inspired Aesthetics could care less about the outcome and customer experience, all they want is make easy money and move on to the next victim. When we confronted them they responded very rudely and unprofessional via text with a copy of the consent forms they make you sign with no explanation that states "Treatments and Series of Treatments are Non-Refundable" end of story. Absolutely THE BEST experience and results throughout the state of Florida. I have been getting Botox and fillers since 2007 and my experience here was THE BEST EVER. I have always gone to highly reputable plastic surgeons for my injections but none (from Naples, Tallahassee, Coral Springs, Fort Lauderdale, or even Palm Beach Gardens) compares to my experience AND results from Inspire. I cannot express how happy I am with my results from Dr. Crane, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon! One thing thing that drew me to the office was how inclusive the before and after photos are on the website. They were able to represent all kinds of people from different backgrounds. When I first came into the office I was met by the front desk girls with such a great energy, they immediately brought me back into a room and got me checked in. The office itself is so clean and beautiful it made me feel very comfortable. The moment I met Dr. Crane he was extremely personable and was able to explain the procedure to me in detail. Talking to him made me feel more at ease and confident in my decision to go with Inspire. During every visit he had a great assistant in the room with him that made me feel more comfortable. Lets start by saying it took me 3 to 4 years to finally find a surgeon. I was determined to find somewhere I felt comfortable and respected from the first step into the facility. I mean honestly the entire staff at Inspire Aesthetics is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The Delray location was beautiful and clean every time I went which made me appreciate them even more. I got the FTM Double Incision with Nipple Grafts and Dr Drew and his staff paid very close attention to detail. Im two weeks post op and I love the way my chest is healing. Love the fact that I had access to 3-5 people no matter what for any questions and they answered each one with no hesitation and was always one call away. They stay in communication with you during pre op and post op surgery. I've seen them 4 times in person and it's only been 2 weeks not to mention I'm coming from 3 1/2 hours out ! The facility is very clean, inviting, and brightly decorated. Staff are great, friendly, and inviting. I had my consultation with Dr. Drew Schnitt and from the very beginning, I had a calming and secured feeling about him. I had consultations with other clinics as well and I am so glad I chose Inspire Cosmetics. Before, during, and after the surgery, he took his time talking to me and always giving me a chance to ask questions and ensure that I feel as comfortable as possible. I started going to Inspire Aesthetics for facials (LOVE LEAH, my husband is now complementing me on my skin after 25 yrs of marriage!!) and quickly learned that their facility is much more comprehensive. I had been considering a breast lift for several years and realizing my daughter is getting married next summer and I wanted to look my best, I decided to speak with a surgeon. Let me start off by saying that Inspire is amazing! I had went to two other consultations for my Breast augmentation before Dr.Drew. I knew as soon as he was done going over all the information i would choose him. He was very thorough and listened to all my concerns and answered every question. He made me feel extremely comfortable. If i ever needed anything additional answered, Kamy the best patient care coordinator was one text away and checked in with me before surgery and right after! The procedure, to me was a pretty easy recovery. Pain was minimal. I was able to get EXPEREL, they will recommend and I will tell you that my pain on a scale from 1-10 was probably a 4 at most. 10/10 would recommend!! I had a Rhinoplasty done by Dr. Drew Schnitt and could not be more satisfied with the results. My nose pre-surgery was very bumpy, crooked, and not at a typical feminine angle. It used to be a major source of my dysphoria regarding my appearance, but Dr Schnitt changed all of that. While at the same time meeting all of my needs / requests regarding the surgery. When I first saw my new nose I was in disbelief with how natural, straight, and perfect its shape was. No more bumps or deviated septum! I can now take selfies at any angle with confidence, and my side profile is so cute. The staff were very kind and helped me with all the necessary information for the pre-surgery clearance. Very happy with the result! I did a chin augmentation and could not be happier with the outcome. It is a slight, yet significant change in my appearance. Dr. Schnitt is knowledgeable, skilled and very honest. He will not try to do unnecessary procedures to make money, but rather recommend what is really needed in your case. He takes all the time in the world to answer questions. I have been in a total about 6 times including the surgery for pre-ops and post-ops, and it has always been a breeze to get in and out.
